If you want to save a few bucks from renting at the airport, try to reserve a vehicle at this location. Jason and the gang are professional and will go out of their way to assist. Hours not as convenient as YYZ, but if you can make them work you can save some $$$. I often find reserving online is cheaper than calling office direct.

I was trying to rent car for driving Uber, the sales asked me 140 more weekly while the actual is 250 which he claimed for winter tire it is clear fraud. They are also looking unprofessional in the way of customer care.

The customer service at this location is non-existent. The lady rep who helped me, I believe her name was Adriana was extremely rude, pushing sale on us and unprofessional. She was trying to upgrade our rental to a car with winter tires on a non-snowy day. The roads were clear and I checked the weather that it wouldn’t snow. When we said we don’t need it, she very rudely said, oh you’re paying so little for the rent, I don’t see a problem why you can’t pay more for snow tires. Who the hell is she to decide how much and what we should pay for what? The cars are old and not well maintained either. I was going to be their long term customer as I need to rent a car very frequently. I’m never going to this location for rental ever again and don’t recommend it.

Do not rent from here if you own your own car! There is absolutely NO parking here (as the rep was kind enough to inform me that 'they are not in the parking business' - what?) So apparently, Hertz believes that the only people that rent cars are those people who have no car. People that own a small car and need to transport a large group or require a truck to move things, do not require a car rental agency. I understand if you are at the airport and are coming straight off a plane, but this location is in Mississauga! I loved that the rep told me that if I had called the branch directly, he would've told me there was no parking. The fact is, I did call that location directly to make a reservation (and since he left me on hold) I completed the transaction online. When he came back, we chatted and he said NOTHING other than he had a mid-sized waiting. I was VERY fortunate that this rental was not a long-term or vital to my job or else I would've had a major problem. If only corporate office sees this, you may want to put a HUGE notice on this location stating "NO PARKING AVAILABLE" (please pay extra to uber in or get a friend to drop you off). I've told everybody today about my experience and everyone agrees that that is absolute ridiculousness. Thank you for wasting my morning and almost ruining a major client meeting I had with my team that day.

After calling me and went there for 2 times and arranging the car to rent for uber. The day to pay the sales man there wanted to charge 140 more weekly for the winter tyre. Even the deal from them and uber to be 250 plus taxes. New winter tyres coast to buy 400 full sets It was a kind of fraud

Please NOT buy any used car from this store as I were cheated by this store. I purchased a used car from there. I were told the car is totally clean, but after 2 years' usage, the report shows me there is actually damage just the day before I purchased it. Contacted the management team for solution, they just don't even show up for a word. For car rental, I don't know, probably they are the same group of guys so not recommend.

Extremely satisfied with my service! I needed a rental for car repairs that were being done around the corner at Assured Automotive Collision. This team was able to promptly pick me up, provided me with a new and perfectly clean vehicle and when I needed to pick up my car they provided me with a driver to take me. The person who drove me back went as far as to help me move my boxes from one car to the other, which I greatly appreciate. I wish I had his name as I know sometimes ‘just the drivers’ get overlooked. Overall, while I was in the office you can tell this team is very efficient. They were always helping customers as quickly as possible and were very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you!
