Awful experience their cars are not safe for winter driving. Service light is on, tires are warn out, wiper blades needs to be replace cars are very dirty and nasty. Doesn't matter what car they put me on their all the same. Big mistake getting a car from this guys. I won't recommend this rental company to anybody.

Don't look Further for Rental Car place. Let me tell you this how Bargain Car Rental have the Best Customer Service Comparing to other Car Rental places. There are no Hidden Fees no Hustle and to Top it Off they WILL DELIVER THE CAR WHEREVER YOU ARE LOCATED. they drop my rental to my house within 20 mins from the time I called Very Fast Service, and the other day I had a tire that was losing air pressure so I called Bargain Car Rental they Replaced the car for me right Away without Any extra Chargers on my card or To my Insurance. All I'm saying don't go no to others go to These Guys they Know how to Help Their Customer. I Recommend this Place to anyone.

I made reservations for a car rental for two days. The reservations were made for pick up at the airport on Saturday, May 16, 2015 at 7am. I kept calling every 30min from 7am until 10:00am until a young man answered the phone. I had asked him what were the hours of operation because we scheduled a pick-up at 7am, the response I got was: "You can come pick it up right now". We got to the airport at 10:40am (which is where the scheduled pick up has been made) and called to find out exactly where the young man was because we didnt see the company sign anywhere, so he tells us: "oh my bad, I forgot to call and tell you were not at the airport, we are at 6625 Tomken, its only 15 min away." So basically we took a cab to the airport which was NOT cheap for the kid to tell me "my bad". WHen i questioned why he hasnt thought of even contacting me, he has my reservations, and i called him and confirmed everything. he said " i couldnt find your number". Worst customer service EVER! waste of my time, we ended up sticking with a different company. this kid didnt even call us back to apologize or to see if I still want the car. Ill definitely never recommend this company to anybody. Worst experience ever especially because we had to leave at SEVEN in the morning and got delayed because there was literally nobody there working and doing their job like they're supposed to! Very disappointed!!

This is the second time using their services, the first time they allowed me to keep the rental in the days between the insurance closing the claim and me picking up my car, free of charge and this time they allowed me to swap the car that was ready for me at the body shop since it was somewhat uncomfortable for my height. Excellent customer service, i rented a car from this company 3 weeks ago as insurance replacement , it was a brand new suv and the rental was paid by my insurance company. My insurance company set a date to return the car and i tried to extend the rental beyond this date but couldn't. Bargain car rental was kind to me and gave me 2 days free rental until my car is done. This company treated me better than my insurance company did. Thanks bargain car rental. Highly recommended.

This is a 100% amazing operation!! I hope my review can help others choose these amazing and qualified, kind, empathetic incredible people. I was recently rear-ended by a fully loaded tractor trailer while stopped in congested highway traffic at 100km/hr. My vehicle saved my life and I was lucky to have some oppressive injuries but thankfully nothing serious. I was completely stunned, covered in coffee and glass from my rear windshield and side windows, and dazed. That all changed the second I met Eddy, my tow driver. He immediately helped me into his vehicle, turned up the heat, and gave me bottled water. His kind, warm and endearing character immediately helped stop the adrenaline rush. Fortunately, he is contracted by Bargain Car & Truck Rental. The staff helped beyond the call of duty when he dropped me off there. I did not have my reading glasses and they filled in all my forms for me and told me to relax in their very comfortable and stylish establishment on a soft leather couch. They basically reduced my stress as much as possible and kept re-assuring me everything was going to be okay. I am still not sure how to thank them enough. Once they knew I was able to safely drive, breathing normal etc. they rented me a brand-new, extremely clean Honda Pilot with a fully loaded navigation system and all the bells & whistles. This took me home very carefully and with extreme comfort. I sincerely hope this helps others find a place where you are treated with respect and dignity and also compassion. If I ever have a need for a rental car, this is the only place I will choose. Written with my best regards and gratitude to all of you.

This company takes advantage of Women after having car accidents. They have side deals with towtruck drivers. Be careful what you sign. They take advantage of Women tramatized after car accidents. The tow truck driver will take the tramitized woman about this company. They will then make her sign papers stating that she has to keep the car until her insurance claim is over. She doesn't realize this until she tries to return the car.. they tell her if she returns the car earlier she'll be fined. Charging a few extra hundred dollars to return the car. Dont let this happen to you.

If you are in an accident never let the towtruck drivers take you to a car rental place unless you contact your insurance first. We ended up here after an accident on a saturday afternoon and because not a lot of places are open the towtruck driver took us here, great service when they are giving you the car but READ the contract, as soon as you sign you are responsible for an early return fee, ridiculous rental fees and the cars you get are not new vehicles, ours had a pretty bad smell and the guy said it was the leather seats...please...leather doesn't stink and argued with us when we tried to end the contract. He ended up giving us another vehicle but charged more than $50 per day to the insurance company even though it was a a standard size sedan. Total rip off, their contract should be ILLEGAL.

I booked it to be picked up from the airport. It is a very cheap option (compared to the airport ones). People their are very friendly, even when my flight got delayed for 5 hours, they were still there for me!!

Well after my experience I don’t know why this place is called “BARGAIN”...I was in an accident & my tow truck driver brought me over to this place to rent a car.I took the car because I had no other way to move around as I’m not from the area at all & had no other way of getting back.I stopped at a friend to rest & called my insurance to see if they’d cover my rental in which case they said “NO”.... I promptly drove back to Mississauga to drop off the car because since the insurance wasn’t going to pay for it I didn’t want to have a big bill...Well this is where BARGAIN insisted I keep the car & told me that the insurance will pay (when the insurance said they’ll not pay),so I said “no I’m returning it because I don’t want to get stuck with a huge bill & to make matters worse I would have to drive the car all the way back to Mississauga and I live no where close to there....I was willing to pay as much as $150 for the inconvenience of keeping the car for 6hrs,BARGAIN decided that since they couldn’t get to make their money off the insurance company they’d make it off me & charged me a WHOPPING $347.82 for 6hrs of service....They had early cancellation fee of $250 and all other little fees and to add up to this amount.The guy even said he took off $150.I didn’t have all the money with me so I paid about half and came back on Friday to pay the other half (as the manager said if he didn’t see me on Friday he’d send my name to collections). Well you live and you learn I guess & I’ll make it my duty to tell everyone I know about BARGAIN car & truck rental...Oh yeah,the Tow truck driver was a bit upset as well that I returned the vehicle because apparently the longer I got to keep the car he seemed to have been getting a cutback from Bargain.Just go to a reputable car rental & don’t waste your time go in those shady industrial areas to get yourself scammed.

The Service is adequate, good quality rental cars. The prices aren’t bad at all, for a full size SUV it is only 50$ a day, good luck finding the same price at a large name rental car service. The only issue I had and still have is with the deposit. I rented a car And returned the vehicle on October 25th, it is now January 9th and still have not received my deposit back. If you were thinking about renting a vehicle here just don’t expect your 300$ deposit back, or be prepared to call everyday until you do.

Worst Experience Ever. Charged me for a parking ticket with no proof what so ever, when I tried to get a copy they did not send it and took payment back then issued a $113.07 admin fee and then reissued the payment for $130 parking ticket (which is normally not even that high) So now paid $243.07 for a parking ticket I never received. Very unprofessional in the way they handled the situation. Basically hung up the phone. Would recommend to avoid this place. Learn how to do business and don't charge nonsense fees!!!

Super unprofessional, would never go here again. I didn't have a choice because the tow truck driver had taken me to his company and it was the only place I could get a car due to it being around the holidays and I needed to drive. Had l called this place on several occasions, them saying they would call me back, I never got a call back so I called again after a week, being told again they'd call me back but never even got my name or number. Ran by people who are not professional and could not care less about you.

The car was brand new, very clean, and that new car smell. It was like it just came from the dealership. Also the staff is very friendly and courteous. Do NOT come to this unprofessional car rental company - its a scam. Will not disclose my full situation but I was promised certain rates and terms when renting out my vehicle; these people did not abide by those terms and when I tried contacting them about the inconsistencies they were very dodgy and unresponsive. Obviously I know that they're trying to rip me off a couple hundred dollars. As a public service tell all your friends/family who may be involved in an accident to not come to this place. If tow truck drivers drive you here do not accept their rental services. Go to enterprise or an ACTUAL vehicle rental company instead of this private one - you never know what's going on behind the curtains.

We just came from a car accident. Bargain rental brought us replacement car. For five days, the mazda3 (grey/titanium color) was working well. After that whenwe were driving it, the airbag warning was on. We did not know what to do because it means that there must be something wrong in the airbag system. They replaced it after five hours but the new car (red chevrolet) had the same problem. We asked again for replacement but they couldn't because it was weekend. It arrived Monday afternoon. They will tell you that their cars are new but it's not. It was horrible experience. Poor customer service. I hope this would help others not to choose this rental company. This is really a true experience.

If I could give a zero I would. This place is a huge SCAM. Don't give them your credit card number don't give them your name. Don't trust the tow truck company either.Because they work in tandem. They are in it to charge you the most possible and they prey on people who have just got into accidents. They will charge hidden fees and they become cry babies when you outsmart them. That's right even if you outsmart these "people" they will try and get creditors to come after you for fees they make up that you didn't ask for. If you have a rental with these sub humans I suggest you cancel it asap.

These people are crooks takes insurance money without any regard aka INSURANCE FRAUD - got into an accident 2 weeks ago (got rear ended on QEW) , got scammed by tow truck driver from AFFORDABLE TOWING ( KARAM) in Mississauga that he has a rental car waiting for me at the shop where he towed my car. TAMER from Bargain car Rental was there waiting for me got me to sign a rental contract then off I go. Long story short, I told him after 10 days that I was going to return the car because I don't need it as I am going away and he said JUST KEEP THE CAR insurance is paying for it anyway, otherwise they will charge me $250 CANCELLATION FEE for breaking the contract since my car is not fixed yet. These people should not be allowed to even claim anything from anybody's insurance because they just keep sucking money that causes our insurance premiums to go up. WHAT A RIP OFF STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!!! AND DONT EVER GET YOUR CAR TOWED TO ANY BODYSHOP ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY SAY THERE'S A RENTAL CAR WAITING FOR YOU. You will end up getting your car fixed at that body shop even if you don't want to. DO NOT and I say DO NOT sign anything. GET YOUR CAR TOWED AT YOUR HOUSE or call your own road side assistance if you have one. #truestory

I don't know where all these reviews are coming from. I came to visit toronto and reserved a car with these guys hoping a get a new car as promised but all my dreams were shattered firstly waiting outside the airport for almost an hour and secondly when I saw the old smelly car. I had no choice but to rent another car from the airport and paid cancellation fees to these guys for the service I didn't even get.

Awful experience. Extremely unprofessional customer service. The minute that Sam got me alone in the rental car he started hitting on me.. and he is at least double my age, creepy. On top of this I had to sternly ask for services that other car rental services would give out willingly. They provided me with a rental car that was literally on empty. Huge inconvenience to my day. They also charged me an extra $45 for absolutely no reason when I returned the car, as well as leaving me in limbo regarding when they would pick the car up. I would never use them again.
