Easy 5 star rating. Very warm and kind customer service, good rates (including their KM overage rates) and a nice, clean vehicle. We rented a 2019 Kia Sedona mini-van for a weekend family getaway and had zero issues. Convenient pick up location (for me) in south Winnipeg. Will definitely use XL again.

We rented a van from XL Van Rentals to move from one home to another within the city. Communication through email before the day was prompt and clear; the owner answered all of my questions and reserved a car for the day. Since we were using the van for moving, she had removed all of the extra seating in the van when we arrived to pick up the van early in the morning, which was greatly appreciated. The van was in great shape, extremely clean, and felt comfortable to drive even though I did not have much experience with driving vehicles much larger than a sedan. I returned the van the same day, a little bit later than I had planned, but it was no problem and the owner returned my deposit after looking over the van. Overall, I was extremely pleased with whole experience, including how clean and easy to drive the van was, and the great price compared to similar options in the area. I would definitely use XL Van Rentals again if I have the occasion to need such a large vehicle!

Only concern was the rental was late, but that was in no way the company's fault. They were very courteous and made every effort to deliver a vehicle too us when it was returned late by the previous renter. They were really kind and helpful, never rude even once. I would highly recommend this place to those looking for a rental van, the vehicle was nice and well kept and the price is simply unbeatable. I give it 5 stars because I can't really fault them for something that wasn't their fault. Update, we rented again and it was an amazing experience same as the last. Vehicle was ready on time, customer service was perfect and employees are so kind and courteous. Price was amazing even with unlimited KMs. Will be renting again in the future :).
