Mon retour fut facilité par un système de remise de clé prévu lorsque qu'on doit remettre le véhicule en dehors des heures d'ouverture de la succursale. Je n'hésiterai pas à retourner chez ce Discount en particulier la prochaine fois que j’aurai besoin d'un véhicule temporairement ou encore lorsque j'aurai besoin de transporter de la marchandise ou déménager. J'avais donc besoin d'un véhicule solide et bien chaussé. Résultat, j'ai eu un VUS chaussé avec des pneus de villes de basse qualité, sans aucune adhérence et qui n'a pas sa place en forêt. Certes, un très bon véhicule pour une famille qui part en vacances mais pas pour un travailleur forestier.. Évidemment, n'étant pas adapté a mes besoins, j'ai retourné le véhicule légèrement endommagé (paré chocs et légères rayures) et Discount me demande de payer 4500$ de réparatios. Cela a un nom et ça s'appelle de l'abus. (Comme dit dans mes mails je n'hésiterai pas à aller a la protection du consommateur) Donc, si comme moi, vous avez des besoins précis, ne faites pas confiance a cette compagnie qui n'est pas a l'écoute de ses clients et qui en abusent .

I lost my car in a car accident, the insurance company sent us here!! Hélène was super sweet and lent us a 2020 Dodge caravan. The car was super clean, very spacious and had satellite music. We had the rental for a couple days from the insurance company but needed to extend the rental for a couple of weeks. When i brought the car back, she was super nice.
