This is the third or forth time I have used Liverpool van hire and I can't fault them one bit. They were fantastic I was hoping to move in some stuff Monday but I couldn't so they where really helpful and let me change the date. Would recommend to anyone

Renting a car for them for private hire purposes since May 2020. All going well so far, not a single issue, top cars in perfect condition, servicing and checks done properly, office staff also prompt and reliable. Compared to my previous rental company, this one is better in every single aspect. Also, they offered huge discounts to drivers throughout the pandemic, which was a great help. 5 stars from me.

Given a patched up van which leaked rain onto my furniture during a house move. Office staff rude & dismissive to complaint. Would never use again. Avoid..!!

Providing you don't mind driving a shed with the yellow engine light on, a rattling steering wheel, a locked stereo system, and the fear that you could break down at any minute, give them a punt. Otherwise steer well clear. It's just not worth the risk. The fuel cap was missing, so they stuck a piece of tape over the flap. Oh, and don't expect a smile in the office, unless you've just lost your deposit. They should be banned and I'm not exaggerating one bit.

absolutely not recommend at all. they said everything covered with insurance & break down on car's but when if anything happen they start putting out so many hidden things which not explain before. Didn,t explain me full terms when drooping deposit when i ask more and more questions and find out tricky things so i decide to leave it then they refuse to give deposit back just steeling money form peoples & try to become smart that we have other partners that car belong to them so they don't give money back and stuff like that...never going back their..found another good honest company to took my favourite car

Reasonbly cheap & easy, pleasent service....Van wasnt in too good condition (hence the missing star) but did the job well for getting our furniture moved. Photos taken beforehand of the van to ensure no other damage when handing back. Picked up Friday so received deal on price 3 nights for price if 2 as no drop off of a weekend.

price went up from £27 - £30 - to £32 for a couple of hours - women on reception unbelievably rude taking calls when dealing with my paperwork - terrible attitude problem - van have numerous scratches and damage - 50 plus photos taken - also no fuel in it at all - will go elsewhere in future where feel more safe respected and secure. Not a pleasant experience. Wont be back.

In terms of the process of renting the van everything was fine. The problem arose when we could not get the van back for 3.30pm on the Friday afternoon. We rang to advise that this was because we had been delayed getting access to a property and offered to drop the van first thing Saturday morning. This would not be possible as there were no staff working over the weekend. So we had to pay for a weekend hire on top of the day hire. The van sat outside my house from Friday to Monday and I paid for the privelidge. Really not great in terms of customer service.

Absolute time wasters. Were not clear on what documentation they required. Did not bother informing me that points on driving license would prevent me from getting van on agreed date. If utility bills is not within 3 months, that excludes you also. Hypocritical staff (and the middle aged woman in particular with a clear chip on her shoulder) who insist you wear a face mask but don't wear one themselves. Steer clear of this company!

Be very aware of using this company, they are very very annoying, you must have a utilities bill dated within 3 months, 6 or 12 is no use. The rigmarole you have to go through is a joke
