Booked an 8 seater van for 3 week rental. Reasonably priced. As with most car rental companies it pays to pay for the excess reduction which isn't always very clear when booking online. Had to fill the car with 2 lots of oil and Urea(Adblue) but got this refunded at end of hire by the helpful crew. Would use again.

Received an excellent service here from a lad called Chris. Picked me up from home to pick up the hire car which was a nice touch. Car I recieved is superb as well. Only downside is having to pay a £70 excess to cover any incidentals that might happen. It is optional but if someone dings the car you have to pay £250 for every one of them! As my car is off the road to another idiot running into it I felt a bit aggrieved as I was having to cover myself again for something that wasn't my fault to start with!

I can't speak highly enough of the staff at this particular branch. My insurers are supplying me with a hire car after another driver wrote my car off. From the staff answering calls and queries that I have to the face to face sensitivity, friendliness, compassion and professionalism they have the staff make you feel like royalty. Jack ,the young man I dealt with was wonderful . Well done Enterprise for your fantastic customer service.

At 530 pm I have been informed that they won't rent me a Van which was booked few days earlier. Thank you Enterprise for ruining my move to a new house. I hope you understand that Im expecting a compensation, and I wont use your services again.

Booked online, very easy process. Arrived on site to be greeted by extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Van was immaculate inside and out. Different staff upon return who were equally as friendly. Will definitely use again. The little magnetic dart board in the reception area was great for the kids too whilst I was checking over the van.

Rented a car from Warrington branch Cheshire after a non fault accident as my car was being repaired. The customer service was atrocious I went to collect a car from them no like for like vehicle. A total of 3 days going back to the branch and after waiting over 3 hrs in for them to take diesel out of a petrol car and having to contact them endlessly as callbacks promised were never received I finally got a like for like car. I missed a trip down south for a relatives 100th Birthday and to top it all off it was pointed out to me by a neighbour prior to taking the car back it had a bald tyre which explained why the tracking was out this on a 17plate car. Also my driving licence wasn't even checked so I could of been anybody or banned!! The vehicle was filthy inside takeaway rubbish found under the drivers seat and cigarette ash also found in the car that cost in excess of 600pounds to rent. In fact on the first day I went to collect a rental vehicle from them there was a gentleman who'd booked a vehicle and he was in the reception area waiting nearly 2hrs for his pre booked vehicle. You can imagine how long I was waiting. Absolute terrible customer service from this branch. I took photos and a video of the vehicle and have issued a complaint 3 emails later no response hence now taking this to their regulator. We had an eight year old in the hire car so please do not hire a car from Enterprise as customer service and safety is clearly not a priority. Not the American way Warrington branch 0/10 I've had to rate 1 star to write a review but I don't rate them whatsoever.

Had a great experience recently with Enterprise in St Helens. The staff all seemed very friendly and I was even upgraded to a premium car at no extra cost. A very polite gentleman named Rolo explained and went through the vehicle with me and answered any questions I had. I would certainly use these guys again.

Pleasant experience except for the sales representative lying when selling fuel refuelled on return, sold as 1.08p per litre received a final bill charging rate at 1.63 per litre + VAT avoid and don't take this service and recommend retraining representative's not to lie when up-selling

I found all the staff of the St Helens branch very friendly and helpful when I needed to hire a van extremely quickly when I helped move the entire contents of my daughter and granddaughters home over a two day period in to storage due to an emergency. I would recommend them to anyone whom may be looking for a quick, friendly and efficient vehicle hire company in this regard, as I will be using them again without hesitation when both of my daughter and granddaughter are each moving in to their own separate home in the near future. :)

The staff are friendly and helpful. Despite this being a very busy office they are very efficient in dealing with customers and telephone queries. From getting to the office to driving away it was no longer than 15 mins, in my opinion this was an excellent turnaround. As you would expect the vehicle was 100%. Without doubt my number 1 choice for car rental. Chances are you may find cheaper, but I doubt you would match their level of customer service. :)

I have visited UK from Australia on numerous occasions since the 90's and have always used Enterprise for my excursions. Hire has ranged from 1 day to 4 weeks. Vehicles have always been well presented, service has been great, including the pickup and return. Value for money has also been great. Many thanks to the staff at St Helens in particular.

I would recommend I was initially dealt with by Laura who was very helpful. I needed a specific type of car and Sam was able to help me choose a car. I was unsure of the car I had chosen and went back prior to collection of the vehicle to make sure I had made the right decision. I was seen by Chris who was very reassuring and showed me the vehicle I would be collecting the next day. On collection and return of the vehicle all staff were polite and friendly.
