Dont even deserve 1 star...Broken lockdown rules because they had wrong telephone,banging on my door on friday no mask no gloves then they reported vechicle stolen.Been advised by Merseyside police to submit a formal complaint..

Great service. I would advise to book your vehicle as much in advance as possible as it's cheaper. I hired an extra large van for £46 for the day to move house, which was very cheap. Would recommend

Booked a van for the weekend and get a call on friday stating that their underwriters wont allow them to rent a van to me and tried to charge extra. Told them to cancel and I'll take my money elsewhere. Avis are a million times better. Avoid at all costs!. Scammers!.

Speke depot have met & exceeded expectations more than once. I'm likely to be in service as 'Roadie' to a number of extremely talented local rock musicians in the coming months, and look forward to dealing with Speke again very soon. Poor communication. Staff at the Speke office need training to a decent standard. Took money from my bank account without notifying me and failed in their 'investigation' and to even return my call. Very poor and I will be taking this further

Rented a van to help me move house. Had a few complications with my house move which resulted in a delay moving furniture. The people here at the Liverpool branch we're brilliant in working an arrangement to let me keep the van overnight so I could get it all done with no extra charge. Will definitely be using these guys again when the need arises.

I have rented vans from the Speke enterprise branch a few times and I wanted to say a massive thanks to Jake the assistant manager who on both occasions went above and beyond with his customer care, he made a very stressful situation really smooth. He gave me so much help I can’t thank him enough. I also wanted to give Mo a mention on reception for being really friendly & smiley when I came in. Thanks to the team I wouldn’t react from anywhere else because of your excellent customer care.

Tried to give us a van with illegal tyres. 1.3mm thread not acceptable. As they changed vehicle after refusal the paperwork wasn't completed properly and they tried to charge us for damage to the van that we hadn't done. Advise all to take loads of photos to cover yourselves as they will try and have you off! Still waiting for my refund after 3 weeks!
