HIGHLY RECOMMENDED I reserved a car direct with Enterprise / Alamo at John Lennon airport Liverpool. Initially getting advice from Nyla, regarding options and my vehicle requirements. The price very competitive. Good correspondence confirming everything. On arrival at airport Friday 13th, we made way to the Enterprise cabin. This is situated left out of the airport terminal about 100m. Not in the car rental car park opposite the terminal. David dealt with our booking and made sure we knew all we had to know. The car was far better than I expected a good almost new 8 seater i800 Hyundai. automatic. On returning the vehicle ,very quick and efficient. All the staff I met , David ,Nyla , John and another who's name i did not get , I think he was Portuguese, were all friendly and helpful. I have no hesitation giving a positive review for them. The only company I will use at Liverpool airport from now on . Thanks

Liverpool airport branch is giving enterprise a really bad name. Trying to return and extend a car I hired out. Can’t get hold of them. Called other branches to send them a email and try to get hold of them. No respond. Called them everyday for 4 days I’m a row and still can’t get hold of anyone. Central reservations have sent them 2 emails to call us back which no one had done. Never had an issue with enterprise before. But thins Liverpool branch is the most unreliable and has poor communication will never go back here. Been to the branch to return the car and no one is there so I don’t know What to do with the car I hired out

Taph went beyond the extra mile (if that's possible) to help us with our rental, coming out to meet us when he wasn't at work and personally ensuring we were completely happy before setting off. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Pls be careful while dealing with them. They asked us to pay £200 deposit for insurance of £30 via AA. All breakdowns were to be covered. On returning the car, they explained inspection is mandatory which will be done next day and promised no additional deductions will be done without calling and discussing with us. Strangely and cheekily though, they deducted 9.90 extra. They won't accept our calls now, nor share any details. Its not about 9.90 but the poor intent and action that's left a bad taste. They should have kept their word and called us or msgd if they couldn't reach us but shouldn't have deducted anything without our consent or discussion. Won't recommend to others

The staff at Liverpool airport were quick, efficient and very helpful. When I booked there was an error where I wanted a manual car but an automatic car was there for me. The lady at the car rental park asked me if I would like to wait there would be a manual one ready in half an hour but also gave me an alternative manual vehicle which I accepted. On my return I was given a deduction in my price for the car rental. A very good experience all round and will definitely use Enterprise at Liverpool again.

Disgusting thieving crooks, booked a car over the phone for 3 days this week Bank Holiday Sunday given a price of what it would cost, so far so good told we had to pick the car up from Liverpool Airport were not told about the airport tax, the AA cover special extra insurance the list goes on, when returning the car 71 hours later we were told we had to pay for an extra day hire as the quote was for 2 days, we suggested they listen to the phone call we made which is recorded they were not interested, the £200 deposit we expected back is now reduced to £110, so in all for 3 days car hire it has cost us over £265 we live in Liverpool we hired a car as our car was in the garage, so BEWARE when thinking of car hire do not use Enterprise, we have tried to complain there is nobody that is interested in our complaint and looking at other reviews on this site we are not the only ones that have been fleeced.

Hired a saloon car, turned up and was given an suv! They took my booking but when i turned up they didnt have the car i paid for! Then i paid every friday for three weeks and on the fourth week the price nearly doubled to hire the car. Scammers

On the whole very good, and the staff were excellent, however it was a shame the car took a while to be made available and the inside of the windscreen wasn't very clean

After an extremely bad experience with Easirent, the manager of Enterprise, Taph, couldn't have been more helpful. Not only did he attentively listen to my rant about Easirent (apologies Taph!), but he found me the best rate and provided me a car there and then. Enterprise may not be the cheapest, but it's my go to car rental company as everyone is extremely professional, and I don't feel like I'm going to be fleeced!
