Exceptional Customer Service. Caring, empathetic staff, who ask about your wellbeing, along with ensuring they can provide you with best availability they have; matching it as close as possible to your own vehicle. They are very understanding and patient, and when doing their walk around with the vehicle, explain as much detail as possible to ensure you are happy and comfortable with what they are providing you with. I spoke with Sarah, she was a lovely happy bubbly lady, who went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect for me. Liam, who dealt with me on the phone a couple times was very friendly, polite and informative, and when he promised to return a call to me by the end of the day, he kept that promise and called me back. My returning of the car was dealt with by Phil, and he again was very polite friendly and went through all the return details with me. He was patient with me, as I asked several questions and he was happy to answer them all, along with giving me advice on cars I am looking at to purchase. I would definitely give this branch of Enterprise 10/10 ???????????????????? Thank you so much, and if I ever require a hire car in the future, I will be returning to these guys for sure!!! ????????????

They told me they charged me an extra ammount to insure my rented van.. but I never asked to pay and have extra insurance, I spoke with manager. He said he will resolve the mistake and call soon.. a month passed.

They didnt prepare what we agreed at the day of collection. They sorted in couple of hours out the problem, but when we agreed they were going to reduce in £30 the price for the inconvenience caused, tgey didnt do it

On holiday from Australia while visiting family in Liverpool. Booked online prior to leaving which was great as didn’t have to stay to fill out forms, when I picked up he car, it was all ready for us. Nice and clean, they even made us aware of small minor scratches on the car, hence we wouldn’t be responsible for. The young lad gave us a quick rundown on the electronics. Needed the car for an extra day, was no problems at all. Dropped car off, checked quickly and they then organised for our taxi back to our accommodation. Nice friendly staff. Received bond back within 2 days. Would recommend no problems.
