Use enterprise all the time, customer service is brilliant, very clear in how much deposit you have to pay and what’s the best cover for you, had no problems what so ever, my deposit always goes back in within 24/48 hours would highly recommend, prices are live so can change daily but not by much, thanks again

In recent weeks, I've hired a van and a small car here and extended the car rental mid term. When I needed the van I was under presssure emptying my Dad's house for him in time for the date of sale. My own small van wouldn't start so I couldn't collect the hire van on time. I rang the Bootle depot and they arranged to collect Me. Great. Got the van sorted out and cleared Dads house on time. Returned the hire van and they drove Me and My pal home again. After Chris had made us a very much appreciated cracking cup of tea. Wonderful. Then, a short while later, My small van gave up the ghost and I needed a car to get house hunting and car hunting. Once again Enterprise Bootle came up trumps. Supplied Me with a Fiesta ST-Line which was as much fun to drive as My first ever car (though considerably newer). Despite the fact that I was living down a country lane at a house with no number, Enterprise Bootle collected Me again and dropped Me off after returning the Fiesta. I loved the little Fiesta so much that I decided that I'd buy one in place of My van since I'm now retired. Again Chris booked the returned Fiesta back in and drove Me home. I had contact with quite a few of Chris' colleagues over these three hirings and each was just as friendly cheerful and helpful. as him. My pal who was along with Me for the return of the van was just as impressed as I was. Should need arise, I won't be looking any further than Enterprise Bootle for a hire vehicle and I'll DEFINITELY tell family and friends to do the same.

Staff are friendly and very helpful, dropped the hire car off there the staff asked if I needed to be dropped off at home but I don't live in bootle, I was there for work so they dropped me off at my place of work. They didn't have to do it but it was a bonus and I wasn't late for work. Thanks guys.
Dave in the bootle branch was brilliant. We were dropping off a car before a match. We only had 45 mins until k/o and he got through the drop off formalities quickly and then went out of his way to give us a lift to anfield. He's a credit to the company and I'll definitely be using enterprise again based on they're focus on customer service in both branches I dealt with that day!

Customer Policies Worst EVER! Don’t believe a WORD THE MANAGER says in the Brickenhead office. Last night of our vacation and our car had a mechanical failure. Nice man in a neighborhood told us the close by Enterprise could bring us a car in 15 min, so we called a half hour before closing time and he also said our car was not going anywhere but the mechanical shop. We needed a new rental traded out, So w his help we called and spoke to Brikenhead manager named Nathan (my next letter is a major compliant to the Entreprise national office). He told us he had no car available - and he couldn’t find another car or help us. We were simply stuck waiting for the AA service for over a 90 min expected wait time where the tow truck would then take us for a “rush hour” long ride to the Liverpool airport where we could easily get another car. No worries at all, he said. Not that I believe him NOW after my next part of the story .. but I accepted that. I asked him to please call and confirm that picking up a car would be easy and for sure available. He offered to call the tow service to speed up pick up time (who was AMAZING by the way, and got stuck fixing all of Enterprise’s flawed breakdown customer procedures). Then Nathan offered he’d call and confirm our next car was set and promised to call us back and send me a email confirming that I wouldn’t be charged for the tow and it was a issue for the manufacturer. Well, long story short - Nathan went home and 3 hours later we ended up at the Liverpool airport crammed in a tow truck, rained on and tired. Our last day in this beautiful was a bust. Lucky me- There was NO Car available, and the fellow at the desk hadn’t gotten a simple 2 minute phone call from Nathan. He just said that and went home I guess, Why bother make sure we were going to a available car. Interestingly, the tow truck driver had predicted that we would end up easily without a car at that it happens often in this scenario. . As he predicted, we were told we should have or tow truck now take us to the Manchester airport and try there. Let’s hope they have one there or maybe we can try heathrow. I am being sarcastic,of course, but seemed like going from airport to airport was thier idea of helping resolve a mechanical problem and the standard for customer care. Really. Does this make any sense to anyone? I also could t just cancel the car and take a train in the procedures he could offer, I was pretty upset by then, and had the agent call his manager, and since my daughter was taping a message for her sister as I spoke to Nathan- I have his promises picked up on her audio from the speaker phone. The manager hearing this then did the right thing, was embarrased and felt and gave us a car that was promised to someone else for the next day. He would find another car and try to help us. We got back to our hotel tired, wet, hungry since all restaurants close at 9 ...not real happy and pretty sad or trip ended like this. I have never been motivated to do this until now.- I am going to share on any social media channel and complaint sites I can find, call Enterprise and demand that policies are changed and ask that Nathan is accountable for his actions, tear up my Enterprise plus membership and NOT use Enterprise again until they feel customer satisfaction is worth them picking up a phone, separating the customer from the towing process, finding a replacement car and minimizing the process for those unfortunate customers that break down. Instead of sticking the poor AA towing service w cranky customers on wild goose chases til a available car is found by driving from place to place. Nathan, your a lousy manager to do that to us and not bother to take 5 minutes that would have saved us hours. Enterprise you need new policies and better managers that keep thier word. Donnetta C

Hired Renault Captur for a week, great car, good on fuel, easy drive, great customer service, very helpful, showed all detail of working of car, defo use again,,,,word of advice, if possible visit the actual place where you want to pick up the car from , do not ring cos you get through to call centre and get blagged off ..

Nice Luton van with tail lift but upon return they tried to charge my son fo chips in the windscreen which he'd pointed out when he picked it up. Should have gone to sixt a bit dearer but they dont try and rip you off.
Hired a nice Volvo V90 D5 R design for our trip too the Lakes.............. exceptional customer service and I got a lift back home after I dropped the car back !! CHEAPEST QUOTE AROUND. ... WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND........

Absolutely brilliant is all I can say about this company! I was a bit wary about hiring a small van as I have never hired anything, ever! After a look around the internet these had the cheapest quote, I gave them a call and the quote stayed the same which I was delighted with, from the first phone call to handing the keys back I had nothing but amazing service! The lady who picked me up too collect the car Charlotte was so helpful and also gave me a card in case I had any emergencies which I didn’t need because the van was brilliant but the peace of mind knowing who too call of need be was great! Then the man who collected the vehicle was also lovely ! They had all the correct covid procedures in place I cannot fault them even if I tried!! I will definitely be using this company again I will never pay out for a removal company while these are in business!! Thankyou xxx
Provided with a 1 litre Renault Capture that went through petrol like there was no tomorrow while my car was being serviced. I rang and requested a different car that was not only more economical on fuel, but one that did not have the service warning light on the dashboard, and was told that I would be contacted when another car became available. 4 weeks went by and apparently no other car was available in all that time. Oh, and when we picked the car up it literally had no petrol in it, we gave it back with over half a tank of petrol still in it (due to poor communication from where our car was being serviced), and Enterprise advised that they can't do anything regarding fuel refund. So whoever has that car next will have around £40 of fuel to run around on courtesy of me! Woefully poor customer service and I will be making sure to avoid Enterprise at all costs in the future.

I had a curtesy car due to a accident in my own car . This was arranged through my insurance. My accident involved no one but myself , I was on the motorway when my car suddenly lost control & spun out . Nearly 2 weeks after the crash direct line decided they was not going to fix my car as they said 1 tyre on the rear of the car is not road worthy. Long story short I’m now in £20000 worth of debt . On the same day they informed me of this they also told enterprise to get the hire car back , the gentleman from enterprise rang to arrange collection during the convo I started to cry not due to enterprise but this life situation. The gentlemen on the phone was lovely & sympathetic. On collection the next day he came with flowers from the team . I just want to say thank you your kindness has gone a long way & got me through another day thank you so much x

Very cheap but don't tell you of a £200 deposit until after they've taken your payment. They say that this is plastered all over the website, but I've yet to see it, despite going back over it numerous times. Because of this, I requested a full refund and the gentleman I spoke to authorised this. He told me it's be in my bank in 5 working days (which brings me to today). They take money out instantly, but when it comes to giving it back it's 5 working days. Actually, no it's not. No money arrived in my account today so I gave them a call and now I'm told it's 10 working days in total. So I'm going to have to wait another week. If their policies had been more transparent and if I was asked to check a box to agree with the deposit, this wouldn't have happened, so Enterprise need rethink their application process. When I get my money back I will update accordingly, but if it's not within the next week I will be taking this further

Very handy when needing to rent a car. Got a car very quickly, lovely car to all done very quickly on day of pick up wasn't there long went through everything I needed to know and when I took it back very quick again no messing around. Would recommend them and would use them again myself if needed.
Great service. I messed up my booking and booked a van for the wrong week and they did not have a van available. They went out of there way to change my booking and let me know when a van would be available. Saved me a lot of grief from a nagging wife and expense of rearranging plans for the following week. Thank-you!
