Nothing worse than discovering you have a auto leveling malfunction when your hundreds of miles from home right at the start of a long weekend. Nothing better than finding Runners RV! Second to none service! Service department assured us they would do everything they could if we came back in the morning. When we arrived Reg had already done some research and was ready for us. Within 10 mins, problem solved and we were back on the road. Thank you -feel grateful Runners RV was ready willing and able to help on a long weekend

If we could give these people 10 stars, we would! They were extremely accommodating when our AC unit on our camper wasn't working in +30° heat. Tom went out of his way to make sure there was a new AC unit there for installation in 2 days (that was coming from Leduc AB). Barry ensured our unit got in and that the new one worked. These people are the best! ????

Had a refrigerator failure on Saturday afternoon. Called service manager Barry and he said to come on in despite it being 2:30 pm and I was over 1 hour away. Reg DeYoung, the rv technician ( celebrity technician who writes for RV West magazine) diagnosed a broken diode within 5 minutes and quickly repaired the problem. And worked 20 minutes past closing on a Saturday. Over and above service, and highly recommended.

I HIGHLY recommend these guys. I had my winterizing and summerizing done here. They fixed my faucet which had frozen because i took too long. No extra charge. Also I didn't realize there was excrement in my tank, (probably for awhile because i hadn't used) and they cleaned for me. In spring I had issues with my fridge and they fixed with a spare part they had, again for free. Always polite and professional. When there was a price discrepancy on an item, they gave me lower price. Most other RV places find ways to charge extra, these guys found ways to charge less. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 10 STARS!

I went in to Runners on Saturday as they were the only RV place open in Cranbrook. I was looking for 1" vinyl trim for my RV, which I though was going to be cheap. Turns out it was .99¢ a foot from there. So I thought that maybe thats just how much it was. Well my cousin bought some as well on Friday, but he went to the far better Rite-way RV and they only charged him .20¢ a foot for the same stuff. This has happened way too many times with these guys. I will never be back again as I'm tired of getting ripped off. Spend your money at Rite-way RV instead. They are a way better company.

Travelling from Ontario our furnace stopped working and we we're in need of emergency service work. We contacted Runners RV from Banff in -21C temperatures. From the first time we called to book a service appointment as part of the RV Care Community to the time we picked up our rig, we were treated with the utmost kindness and professionalism.
