We recently took in a vehicle to Melody to check for problems and assess whether it was roadworthy for a trip from Kimberley to Vancouver Island and back. The vehicle was deemed okay. But on its way back, it broke down, and it had to be towed from Oliver. That’s a long way. We towed it ourselves from Rossland, a 12 hour adventure, and most people would not have had the resources to tow the vehicle themselves. When we took the vehicle back in to Melody, they did not charge us to have another look at it, and confirm what exactly was happening. We did appreciate that, although we didn’t leave it there for repairs. They do their best to provide good service for you.

My 2004 Ford Ranger brake lights suddenly began to come on by themselves. This drained the battery, so I needed a boost to start it. Inconvenient, to say the least. I took it to Melody Motors and they spent time trying various solutions. When I got it home, the brake lights came on by themselves again. I phoned Steve, service manager, and he said that the mechanic, Simon, who worked on it has a theory that the device that links the clutch and brake pedal was the cause. On a second session at Melody Simon fixed the problem. Steve gave me a 20% discount on labour, which was significant. I'd recommend Melody to anybody. Excellent service! Jim Duncan

As a Kimberley Resident we strive to support local business but unfortunately cannot recommend having this establishment service you vehicle. Errors on their own website require customers to pay extra and when brought to their attention they chose not to correct the problem. I strive to give businesses the benefit of the doubt but as they have certainly lost my trust, will no longer have my business. Update: I am pleased to say that after further discussion with the Service Manager the issue has been resolved and further wish to thank Jason for rectifying the situation.

I recently purchased my F-150 from Melody Motors. Andy Britner our salesman was exceptional to deal with. Tammy in finance looked after us very well and she was also very knowledgeable about the product. We have owned Dodge pickups for over 20 years, and we are thrilled that we went with a Ford this time. We recently had some warranty work looked after on my pick up and we have never had a dealer look after us so well, they delivered us a courtesy vehicle to Invermere and took my truck to Kimberly to repair it. We were also treated to the best fish and chips meal we have ever ate at Britner's Fish and Chips in Kimberly. The staff are fantastic, if you looking for a new vehicle, you must check our Melody Motors. R&B

My sales experience was great . The issue is the sirius radio has been faulty since day one(been over a month now). Service checked it out and said it was fine. Told me that if it happens again to video and text it to him. Did that two weeks ago and only got a short text back saying" thats not right." Have since sent another video text but heard nothing back. So much for my free 6 months of sirius radio, cant even listen to it. Starting to get alittle concerned with the customer service.

This was my first visit to Melody motors but it will not be my last. Fantastic people from the service manager to the parts manager all the way to the receptionist and even the gentleman doing cleanup who helped me get wifi i didn't ask him. He saw i was having trouble and just came over to help. Of you're looking for a place you can trust this it work came out cheaper than the quoted me and it was finished before it was due.
