Took over a month and a half to replace a control module, for which they tried to charge me 16 hours of labour at $120/ hour + an insanely expensive Part (Guess that's what happens when you buy a Volkswagon) . Terrible communication throughout the process, and an equally horrifying bill. I would caution you anyone against buying a Volkswagon, and if you do I would warn you to avoid Arrow Motors.

We drove to Cranbrook for a short visit a few days ago. We experienced some issue with our car key and realized that our car key battery was on low, thus we stopped at Arrow Volkswagen for help. Wow, we had an amazing experience and outstanding customer service at this place. Everyone was so friendly and helpful as soon as you got in their office. We were looking for a very Niche vehicle and Arrow motors had one, being that we are in Calgary, Mike and the team made it as easy as possible for us to get down there and get the vehicle we were after, followed through on promises and really delivered, we really appreciated that. We did a 10 hour drive to go to Cranbrook and back and it was worth the ride! The whole team took care of us got us in and out fast, and on Mike's day off! Would buy from them again in a min and will be recommending them to all my friends to make the drive, it will be worth it!

I recently traded my car for an AWD SUV through Arrow Motors. Mike and his team were very helpful. Due to my hectic schedule he paid one of his employees to bring me the vehicle which was a full days drive. Upon receiving the SUV we encountered a few issues with the vehicle. I drove into town and was in desperate need for service right away. Jessica, James, Sally and many more provided me with unbelievable service. While I was waiting for my old beetle to be serviced so I could hit the road, I was in tune to other conversations, these guys really understand their customers and are not afraid to go out of their way to make sure you are happy. Highly recommended, if I lived closer I would have all my VW's serviced here and purchase new ones as well. Bravo guys, know that your hard work and customer care is well noted!

I had an urgent situation when the engine and emission lights were coming up on my dash. I was leaving to drive to Calgary that morning. I drive a Volkswagen and the dealership in town was rude and told me I would have to leave my vehicle there for 4 weeks until they could check it and told me to rent a car?? I was referred by Mike at Denham Ford my friend had called him and he sent me over to Cranbrook Auto Repair, Mike even called Ryan and told him I would be going there. Ryan did the diagnostic as soon as I pulled in and did the scan he then ordered the parts right away and got me back on the road within 2 hours. He was professional and very fair sand the price was much less than I had expected and he didn't even charge me for a full hour of labor. I would recommend this repair facility to anyone and everyone looking for a professional, fair and honest repair shop. I would strongly recommend that all Volkswagen owners go to this shop instead of the dealership in town which is rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. The service staff quickly helped diagnose a problem that I was having with ABS. I wasn't able to get it fixed because of my schedule, but they didn't charge me and I now I at least know what the issue is and where I can get it fixed closer to home. I'd definitely recommend this dealership!

Best experience I’ve ever had with any Volkswagen dealership. Most welcoming and kind staff. I was travelling through BC from Saskatchewan and my A/C was acting up during the heat wave. My appointment was accepted with short notice. Their shop closed at 2pm, but the mechanic stayed behind a little longer to complete my repair. Highly recommend this dealership for all your services and needs!

Love my car! The sales staff and manager are something else to be desired. You know about the bad reputation that car salesmen have? Well this dealership is a great example of that! Update: Once again they prove to only care about themselves! The "new" manager called to apparently make good with me. Let's just say, nothing has changed! She never followed thru with her word. Never heard back from her at all. That was month's ago. I guess as long as they can pay their bills, it doesn't matter how hard or big they shove it up your A_ _! !

Traded in on a used f150. Mike k and service dept helped get it set up the way I wanted so it was my truck and not like all the rest! Lol Had one slight coolant problem with it that took some diagnosing as small leaks can be tough one to track at times. But jessica and James on service dept and Ken in the shop did a bang up job and made sure it was corrected right away. Being from out of town mike and his crew worked around my schedule and didn’t make me work around there’s. I am extremely happy with the service that I have received right from the beginning and very impressed with how the service centre corrected my coolant leak. Will definitely return for my next purchase and recommend them to others. Thanx

Probably the best experience of a VW.I came in with a Check engine light around 3:30pm Tuesday July 27 and was told they were really backed up and may not get me .Well I left my keys and prayed for the best.It was after 4 pm and was Mark we may still not get to you.I’m like I’ll waited it out.Boom 4:30pm Mark we can look at your car.I was awesome.As I’m 4 days into 16 days Vacation out Vancouver and want to go home.They did car scan and figure out the wiring problem to spark pugs was problem and had me back the road in no time.Very helpful and professional

We were passing through Cranbrook on our way South when we had a mishap with our rental car really early in the morning. We had it towed to Arrow and they were kind enough to let us into the building as the first employee arrived, before they were actually opened. They allowed us to sit in their showroom and charge our phones as we tried to make arrangements with the rental company. They offered to lend us one of their courtesy cars for the day even. We weren't customers of theirs. Not even potential customers necessarily, but these guys went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. This speaks volumes about their integrity & characteristic both as a company and the employees themselves. I'm sorry I didn't get anyone's names but we have told so many people about this dealership and recommend them (to purchase, not to hang out at lol) and hope their success continues. High recommendations from us!!

Arrow Motors was our go to dealership since 1992. We always found that we got excellent service through them. We bought 3 different new vehicles there over the years. Unfortunately the dealership.has been bought out and all the original staff has left them. I had to relenquish my 2014 jetta TDI. They were absolutely no help with how to proceed with the buyback so we decided to at least try out some alternate vehicles. After half an hour of bumbling about on the part of a sales rep. we still no vehicle to try so we left. We took our business to Turner VW in Kelowna where the service is excellent and the sales person was very knowledgeable and accomodating....NO bumbling about there! We are very pleased with our 2019 Jetta????

I was really excited to have found a local small town dealer. Until I arrived for my oil change and they forgot they had scheduled me. They charged me $200 for a basic oil change and didn’t even wash the vehicle. Very sad, I will not be returning for my next vehicle purchase.

Amazing service with James and his team. I have owned Nissan, Inifiniti, BMW, two Jeep products among others and now a VW and by far the best service I have ever had is here at Arrow VW. Service typically that I have experienced with VW in the lower mainland is industry standard, not above (like BMW) and not below (like at select dealerships for other brands)- but the service at Arrow was FAR above anywhere I have ever been. I won't get into my long story but I was in a bind and James was extremely generous and went above and beyond to help me out. I very much appreciate it- it made all the difference!

not impressed with our purchase of a used 2015 jeep. price was not as we agreed to and the cost of the extended warrantee was double what we were told. did not get copy of relevant paperwork until 3 weeks later after we requested it....still waiting on cheque for cancelled warrantee. would NOT recommend this dealership.

WAS SOLD AN UNSAFE VEHICLE! I recently purchased a Ram 1500 2015 from Mike Koch. It had an out of province inspection that Mike paid for, it passed this inspection as Canadian Tire do not check wheel alignment. I drove it for a week and the tires wore down to the fabric. I towed my horses with it and had my young daughter in there too, this truck could have killed all of us! The alignment was so off that I couldn't safely keep it on the road. I contacted Mike and he accused me of spinning the tires, well for me to do this I would have to have it in 4 wheel drive with the back wheels lifted up and vehicle stationary! I'm still driving the vehicle. Mike said it was in an accident and just a fender bender, but Canadian Tire are saying it was in a far worse accident. Mike did not disclose this to me and I will be taking this to Amvic. Buyer beware from this dealership!!

Truly surprising that this dealership is still in business. Although it has a poor reputation I still trusted it to be fair but after my last visit, I can see why it has the name it does. Terrible communication from their service department, long turnover on service work and horrifyingly expensive pricing are just a few ways I would characterize this establishment. Volkswagen should be worried about what it's Cranbrook dealership is doing to its name.
