Don’t recommend. Be sure to take photos of the vehicle when you return it. Without notifying me, they charged my credit card $500 because they said I had a bunch of dogs in the vehicle and said they had to send it away to be detailed. I don’t own a dog. ***update: I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. Value said they could not provide any photo evidence of the damage... I would not rent from any Value truck rental places in durham, they're money hungry.
