Liars! They say Unlimited miles but it's only 3000 Kilometres and they charge you extra if you go over! This place is a SCAM! And they don't let you go out of Provence which is stupid! They try to make you pay extra for Insurance BEWARE!

I felt like I was borrowing a car from a close family members. this was the easiest part of my vacation. The only thing they didn't do was drive me to the cottage! lol LOVE YOU GUYS!

Well this place was awesome! I was having a terrible day when this team really helped me out. The nice lady on the phone explained the costs associated to the vehicle rental, she also let me know what vehicles they had ready for action. I think the owner booked the car out for me quickly, including a brief check walk around the vehicle. When I returned the vehicle another friendly lady checked everything in and took my payment. btw great pricing on rentals ???? I even met a wonderful little dog named Oliver, he had a value hoodie! Such a good dog!???? To top it off I believe her name was Lena another friendly employee who had a couple of free minutes and was able to drop me off at the mechanic shop where my car was being repaired. (Sorry I possibly butchered the spelling of your name and forgot some names) Thanks team very much for turning a large problem into a small one. Great job!! ????????

We initially used Value to rent a large 12+ passenger van for a party trip to Wonderland with our kids and their friends. Since then, Bruce has bent over backwards to help us out on more than one occasion as we've dealt with personal loss within our family. He's been more than accommodating, and compassionate. Now there is no other agency we'll deal with.

great truck all good except billing. kirk the owner charged me 56 bux extra on gas. I filled it up but when i got to the Value lot the gas bar line dropped 1 level. I tried to explain this in advance, then i tried to call and explain but the bottom line is he had to put 27 litres in.(he says) I guess they are right but there was no sympathy and I feel terrible.

I've never had rental service as good as I had at Value. They bent over backwards to accommodate me, and my move went smoothly because of it. There's enough to worry about on a moving day, so do yourself a favour and go to Value.

Bruce was great to deal with , I had a car from him for over a month when my car was hit and he made the entire process simple and dealt with everything thru the insurance company for me . I noticed prices were very competitive and actually seemed like a pretty good deal even though mine was paid by my insurance company seemed like a good deal for a clean car . I would recommend and will visit if I need a rental in the future.

I've had no issues dealing with this place. I've reserved a car twice online in the last month. It's easy peasy to go get it and drop it off and the rates are pretty much what they are going for today. Their cars are new, clean and the people are friendly. Every other place I went to online were booked or just didn't seem as easy to reserve.

Bruce and his staff are unreliable & unprofessional. Don’t expect your reservation to be there when you show up. ****Commenting on your reply to this... you told me the vehicle i reserved was not available the day before my rental. I then booked with another value truck location after the fact, and cancelled all my future reservations with you on my end... you're lying in your comment... the truth is the only reason why you're saying I can't rent from you is because I told you I would never rent from you again... I hate leaving a bad review but this was just way over the top. Plus these guys are way too expensive, do your research before renting from them. - feel free to check my other review from the value truck place in pickering, this company loves to scam people out of money. I'm no troll lol, I've left 4 reviews on google in my whole life. Just don't want anyone dealing with what I had to. -Mitch

Had a quick transaction here, with no BS. My first time renting a car, and will return if ever needed again in future. Car was clean and performed well the 2 weeks I had it. Staff are friendly,honest people. Definitely recommend!!

If I could give lower then a one star I would. HORRIBLE customer service! We got married in October we rented a large van, the vehicle was not cleaned and the interior was extremely dirty which was very dissapointing as we were a bridal party and all dressed up. We accidently left our things in the back of the vehicle as we were very rushed. As soon as we realized we had forgotten them we called right away. They failed to clean the vehicle before renting to the next person and our items have mysteriously disappeared. Upon express of upset about their service Leanne was very rude and in shorter words gave out confidential info of the person who rented it after and told me to figure it out and deal with them. I Do not recommend renting from them!

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!!!. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!!!!. The owner just called me, Said that I brought his truck back muddy! From a job site! ENTERPRISE and DISCOUNT both do not care about a little bit of MUD on rented truck for a job site. I do not recommend this place at all, very unprofessional service to call me and hang up on me. They are located in an extremely small location can't even turn a vehicle around.. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON LOW BUDGET RENTALS COMPANIES ENTERPRISE CAR AND TRUCK RENTAL!!!!!!!!!! the staff was friendly, however the service was very slow and the car had a bad Oder. I had to buy air freshener and Lysol spray in order to get rid of the smell.

I always phone around for the best deals and believe me they were $100 less than the competion for a 1 day cube van rental. U haul may seem less but they dont give you 250 km free milage and they charge you more at the end of the day ( I live down the street from them.) Bruce was great and they reimbursed my $20 when I did not use the dolly inside the truck.

Car was dirty. Looked like someone walked all over the seats. I cleaned it. Detailed and steam cleaned seats. This is a pic of the water that came out of their "clean car". They accused me of smoking in the car. They harassed my 80 yr old mother everyday on the phone until car was returned 1 day early and charged an extra day. Owner yelled and kicked me out of the store saying i wasnt on the contract although i was the one driving the car for the whole week. They are extremely rude. They say no pets but have a dog in the office. They use the company cars as personal cars yet still dont know when the car has mechanical problems. The first car they gave me had a gas leak and the transmission was slipping. Do not use this company. Use Discount. Discount is cheaper and has better customer service and cars!

I'm actually getting really irritated, I rented from here and got a Nissan hatchback, that was so small I kept hitting my head off the roof so took it back... rented a car today that is literally the same car just with one more seat.. I've already hit my head twice! I can't stand getting these small ass cars I'm too tall for this

I called and booked the truck for tomorrow August 12. Provided my full name and credit card info. Lady said that ots booked and asked me what time tomorrow I will come to pick up the truck. I said that I will call later because I need double check with the store. Called back and was informed that they took my name and my credit card info and gave my truck to someone else. I believe its not acceptable.
