Hertz has amazing service and affordable rates! 5 stars! Highly recommend anyone who needs to rent a car check out Hertz. I use to rent from enterprise, but their service was terrible and they would always change our reservations or try to bill us for extras we didn't ask for. Hertz was easy to book, pick up, and drop off. They were super accommodating and upgraded us free of charge. PLUS THEY WERE LITERALLY HALF THE PRICE AS ENERPRISE!

Our company has been renting from Hertz for over 2 years with multiple long term vehicles costing us $2000-$3000 a month. Store level has never been an issue, but brash, pushy and downright rude staff out of their head office in the states is frustrating If you need a daily rental, I don't want to discourage you from working with what's left of their in store staff (bare in mind the regional, store manager and staff have all been laid off over the 2 years we have been there)… However if you are a business considering a corporate account, run as fast as you possibly can! It was great while we had a great account manager, now its nothing but tedious bill corrections, sitting on hold for 90 minutes over a 407 charge and never having the vehicles we need. Its almost emotional writing this, this was a company I pushed other business owners to use due to their customer service less than 2 years ago... Now they have managed to gut everything that was good about the location and make it a nightmare to deal with (again no insult intended to the staff, its purely the offsite head office that makes it horrible)
