We wanted a vehicle to fit our entire family going to Niagara Falls, instead of 2 vehicles we usuly have to do. There are 8 of us! We rented a Honda Odyssey and it was so roomy and clean. On top of that the service was so amazing and attentive. We would highly recommend Affordable Car Rental!! Thank you!!

I've rented cars from all around Ontario, and this spot easily wins for customer service! I do mostly business rentals, with some personal too, and have had nothing but positive experiences. Extensions, when possible, are quickly accommodated. Wait times are almost non-existent, and the owner is a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

The art of customer service is alive and well here. So very accommodating and helpful. I was having trouble with my insurance company not being timely with giving me approval for rental and Affordable had very good advice to offer me in my time of need. I used them once before and paid out of pocket-their rates are also more than reasonable. It’s also important to note that On neither occasion did I EVER feel like I might get raked over the coals for any extra charges by going over the vehicle with a magnifying glass to squeeze me for a few extra dollars! I honestly can’t say enough about how great they are and how amazing my experience was. If I EVER need to rent a car I will absolutely accept no substitute. Thank you Affordable Car Rental for helping to restore my belief that the customer comes first!

I met the owner at the Discover Georgina show in Keswick then needed a rental 3 days later. Zaheeda is amazing, not only did she make it possible for me to make it to my meeting in Mississauga while my car was getting repaired, she is making a huge difference in our community.
