I was driving through Kapuskasing and got a flat tire on my F-150. Stopped in at the dealership for a quick fix and was told by service to put the spare on or leave the truck until they could fit me in, that they were booked all day. I ended up going down the street to OK Tire and they bought me in immediately. No thanks to Ford! Terrible service.
