I would never recommend this as a storage place for anyone. Their website has 3 different lists for hours of operation, which is extremely confusing. You can't access your storage space on the weekend and only between the hours of 8:30 and 4:30 during the week (I think?), which is difficult to accommodate when you have a similar work schedule. Every single time we wanted to get into our storage unit there was ALWAYS someone parked in front of it. Thankfully there was always someone there to move the vehicle but it was still frustrating nonetheless. The staff was friendly and perhaps their other services are more accessible but I would not recommend using their storage spaces.

Rented here twice now and have had no problems at all. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional! Even when busy they still accommodated us. The truck was clean and it ran great. Would rent from here again. There are some other reviews providing low star ratings which I think they got confused with the U-haul rental storage facility which is at a different location. Unfortunately that 1-star rating is not applicable here, ignore those individuals. Never had ANY problems here.

I rented a 15’ Uhaul from Can-Ex for the second time this year and service was consistently quick/efficient. They have Dolly’s for hire and packing supplies for last min purchase. Would come back.

They ripped me off I called asked for the rate they told me $240. I get there, and there was a young girl working, she then proceeded to tell me that it was $381, not only that. They then charges my card $381, when I already Gave her cash. I called and they said that they had no reccalection of a truck being rented that day. Pretty disgusting, and horrible to do something like that to a customer!

If you want a horrible customer service experience rent a uhaul from this place. They rented us a truck with a broken gas gauge so the truck broke down on the side of the highway fully loaded. Took us 2 hrs before we could get going again. When we tried to drop off the uhual, the guy told us we weren't in his system and to drive to this other uhual site (we confirmed the address on our contract with him). When we dropped off our uhual we told the guy our situation and that we would like a partial refund for the extra gas and time they cost us (had to keep it full due to the broken gauge). The guy said he'd put our contract on hold and get his manager to call us when she got in on Monday. The manager never called us and the charge went through (we waited a week for her to call). We ended up having to call the manager who said to call the place we picked the truck up from. I did. I called Can-Ex and talked to a lady who said she was covering. She took my name and number and said she'd get someone to call me back right away. No one did. Super frustrated at this point. We had to call back and they said to call head office. We did. My wife called H/O and talked to a lady who said she'd call back. She never did. Finally, I called and got through to H/O and explained our situation. The guy was pretty rude and really unsympathetic. At this point I never want to rent a uhaul ever again. After arguing with him why we deserve a partial and modest refund (surprised uhual hasn't fully reimbursed us at this point). He says to email him and that he'll "see what he can do". Still haven't heard back from him. You get the point.
