Great price and great customer service. We still go there 3 years after we bought our vehicle. I cannot understand how people are saying the customer service is poor, but at the same time I'm assuming if you have a bad attitude you are bound to receive bad customer service.

I've had my Hyundai Elantra Preferred for a little more than a year. I greatly appreciate the staff - very courteous, welcoming and ready to give you time for any questions that may arise. I am presently leasing - love how my car handles, very efficient on gas, comfortable in all aspect and love the 5 year inclusive warranty. If considering to purchase or lease a new car I truly encourage you to drop by at at Timmins Hyundai - give yourself a chance to go for a test drive, meet a pleasant staff members and see for yourself. I'm sure you won't regret it.

So far, poor service. One of the Sales person is slow with responding to my emails. Their Timmins Hyundai Site Operator did not pay any attention to what information I was providing. I am a bit surprised since the google review show 4.4 star. I will continue trying to communicate with them, but I may end up going for a purchase with someone else :(

Friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable staff. The service department is excellent; performing the assigned service in a reasonable time-frame. There are no hidden or unexpected expenditures; everything is detailed upfront and if a problem exists, you are consulted before any other work is undertaken. I've dealt with many dealerships and service departments over the years, and by far, Timmins Hyundai is the best I have encountered. I have absolutely no regrets having traded in my previous vehicle for my new Hyundai Kona.

I usually give people the benefit of the doubt but not in this case. Also as soon as I bought my Hyundai its like they just stop caring about you. You try to Contact them and they take weeks to answer you. My situation was that i needed my summer tires put on due to summer and I had been asking him if they still had my tires since March and he never gave a me a straight answer and he kept telling me they didnt have them. Finally in the middle of MAY he "found them" in the back. Its just the lack of care that these people have after you buy a car from them.

Bought my Hyundai Ioniq hybrid plug in 2022 from a dealership in pembroke a week ago… It had a issue with the Air Condition (B1208)…. I called timmins Hyundai as I only live 2.5 hours from them. I installed a aftermarket remote starter that doesn’t splice into anything so I can keep my electrical warranty . I mentioned to the dealer in timmins (service advisor Josee) that I noticed a wire was unplugged and had that wire confirmed by 4 other people with the same vehicle across Canada plugging into something . Josee argued that I don’t know what I am talking about and need to bring in for a service technician (EV) to diagnose the problem. I took pictures of that connector that was unplugged (blue connector)before bringing it. Anyways, I told Josee you should treat your customer better as you aren’t feeling very welcoming . Not a good way to run a customer service department . My appointment was today upon writing this review. I sat in the front for 2.5 hours after driving 2.5 hours wasting my time and gas money for the tech to come out and bluntly lie and say the connector I was Referring to was brown instead of blue and there was no connector when I have proof of pictures and another garage confirming that unplugged connector before going to the dealer in timmins. The technician in timmins said my Intake Actuator is faulty when it works perfectly fine as I can adjust temperatures and fan speed . I also confirmed it was working fine using live data off a scan tool for feedback and sensor information… The issue I was having is a sensor to tell if the actuator opened a door up or closed it and I ran live data on a scan tool to show it doesn’t work because a connector is either loose or unplugged. Josee (the service advisor) said the actuator is faulty and has to be replaced. She was going on about how hard it is and I’d have to leave the vehicle overnight (very convenient and caring dealership) also they have ti take their time pulling the dash apart to replace the part (that is apparently defective) when I know in fact and another garage confirmed it’s a harness unplugged and has nothing to do with the actuator for the HVAC system. I know people won’t know what I am taking about but do your research, get a scan tool for your vehicle, do a test before you bring it in. This dealership is a Joke, liar, and unprofessional. I hope Josee (Service Advisor) and the entire service department see this ! I’m definitely not coming back and hope others do the same! I thought you guys would be more honest with your customers instead of beating around the bush and straight up lie about defective parts when it’s just a unplugged harness. I understand why you have your Facebook review section turned off as I clearly heard from others you run a shady operation

The only reason there is one star is because it is required to comment. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had owning a new vehicle. Warranty department is a joke, strung me along for a year before telling me nothing would be done. Good luck getting any type of communication AFTER you have bought the vehicle, from sales to service. Save yourself a lot of frustration and go elsewhere.
