We had not so much luck at the Paps Powersport in Cochrane. We show up there first thing in the morning and my buddy needs a new pair of carbides for his sled. They were willing to sell him a pair but apparently had no time to install them. So my Buddy asks if he purchases them could he borrow a socket to change them out himself? The answer was no and that he could go to Canadian Tire and purchase the tools needed to change them out. Needless to say he never purchased them. Terrible customer service.

Called to ask if they had a spark plug wire in stock. Lady told me nobody is in today who can check if we have it in stock and they MIGHT get back to me by tomorrow. Last time I give them business if takes 2 days to tell me if they have a part in stock. Update: called them on the 4th they never called me back until 17th.

Was up last week on a sled trip, 9 hours from home. Needed them twice, they had sliders in stock for me with hardware. Then battery died, ran in at 445 on friday!! They had a battery for me, but brand new in box and I had no way to charge it. She offered to charge it overnight for me and I picked it up the next morning and finished my next two days off riding! That's what I call service.

First of all id like to thank Remy and his team. We showed up close to the end of the day with a broken sled. We were ready to just trade it in and get a new one. Even thow he's swamped he brought it in and found a couple of broken wires. They definitely saved our trip! What a crew! They totally could have taken us for a ride and sold us another sled with taking ours in as a broken trade. But they didn't. Thank you so much Remy! We will continue to use and recommend you.
