This location is share with timmins city transit, the washrooms are for passengers of Ontario Northland.. only the staff gives you the keys when ask, the place is not clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The coach driver is good helping with your bags before boarding the bus. The driver than proceeds to check tickets. Great service.

These station is ok for catching buses in and out of town or the city bus, the staff did not seem to excited to help people but it was clean.

Can't use public washrooms owned by city but O.N.R. passengers only? Nonsense n irrelevant excuses put security 24 7 ,local bus patrons should b able to use bathrooms . Coin operated good idea n monitor them by security ...city of timmins owns this property n responsible for our safety also, so get your act together..its a city with a very high percentage of people over 50 also..

Friendly staff and amazing drivers only issue is half the time the buses break down or the wifi doesn't work or the plug ins don't work so you are stuck on a bus for a very long time with maybe 1 or 2 stops so you can get out and stretch or have a smoke or get food. If you can I suggest you get a airplane ticket same price and alot faster to get were you are going!

Thank you, Corina. Running around Northern Ontario, solid buses, better drivers who like to be friendly, the great hotel in Cochrane, and the run around Manitoulin. All I can ask is day trips like magical mystery tours out of Sudbury. Target the seniors, throw on a couple of cases of bottled water and a tour guide to help us to our seats at the restaurant midway. Didn't mention the train to Moosonee, yet, but that's another adventure.

Very dirty place. Washrooms are locked and customer service is good. Meanwhile as you get on a bus you are created by a driver and helps you put your stuff on which was great. Then he never checked our tickets I could of got a free bus ride .. then the worst came while driving our driver got on his cell phone plugged in his earphones and decided to go threw his playlist of music all while driving. The law applies to everyone even bus drivers

Website is iffy. No PayPal option. Message saying the transaction wasn't completed. Did it all over, it accepted. Opened my email and 2 confirmations, for 2 seperate tickets. Sent email explaining what happened. Tried calling next morning(no answer- long w/e), but got an email afternoon of ride. They refunded the extra trip.(nice and efficient'made me happy). So all in all it was ok. 1st bus ride in 41yrs.
