Do not call this mechanic, he charged extra money and argue. Lack of knowledge Lack of customer sevice I will never recommend you to visit this mechanic shop He charged unnecessary payment without solving problem and misbehaved when i asked him why you charged extra money.

Please never bring your truck to this mechanic shop. His mechanic even does not know how to open the freight-liner hood. I helped him to open hood. Long story short he was not capable to fix wiper blade and still He charged hourly 350 + tax for not fixing wiper. After checking wiper he said viper blade is not available at the stop he have to order and part will arrive after 02 days. Please be careful dont let him touch your truck. For just touching the truck and opening the hood i paid him $350+ tax. Even in emergency situation do not call this mechanic try to find someone else.

From a professional standpoint, the staff at Roly's is a safe bet when you need repairs. I know the care the staff takes to get the best quality parts for their repairs. The Shop is clean and the staff is very friendly.

A garbage place terrible mechanic I asked the mechanic to check the exhaust he said it’s completely fine I said it makes a noise and he’s like it’s fine its just a normal thing later it started leaking he doesn’t even know what he was doing.

Had a problem with the mudflap on the truck. Caught up on landing gear of the drop deck trailer. Tool it to Roly's they didn't have one on hand. They removed it right away. So we could keep our appointments. Would be back and happy to support this type of business and work ethic. Thanks alot.

Stopped in to have an engine warning light looked at. Even if they were busy beyond belief, they had a look at the light, and suspected an oxygen sensor issue. Took a quick look at our charging system, with no trouble seen. We were able to continue on our way, and made it safely home. Great service. Very much appreciated!

Hello everyone Aziz here My story goes back to 21 November I was on my way to Edmonton so called the a night in coachraen ont. .. weather was starting to be very bad sticky snow and -14. In morning had problem Mr Iean very professional he chain me in lol not one time many times coz it was icy After checking every thing was okay within minutes ... Starter wires were bad...his boys Rainy very great man too charged me what was fair but I ask Mr Iean for some discount he was such a gental man he give me a good break and since weather was extermaly cold he give me a warm hat with Rolys name on it . Love it and love you guys ... Very kind professional ... They didn't boder waking me up in morning as what I was doing in there parking ...as some places does... Guys I have been long enough on theses Hwys .. these guys are asome. I recommend them for anyone doinging service. Oh Iean with yours magic touch ... The truck never had any problems again. Did a load to Edmonton then back to Calgary to BC and back to ont.. Thanks alot ... L

Wheel alignment wasnt done because of other issues but the customer service and the team is amazing. Explained what was wrong, showed us what exactly needs to be replaced and an appointment in a week for the alignment. Even the puppy pops out and says hello. Newer to the area but I found my go to for repairs!! :) Awesome guys! Keep up the amazing work.

Amazing shop! My truck sat at a different shop for a month without any of the needed repairs being done, after a month of waiting I got it over to Rolys Service Station. Less than 24 hours they had the repairs done that the previous mechanic couldn't follow through with as well as things that the previous mechanic overlooked as "it didn't need to be changed" These guys went above and beyond and did it properly and quickly! So grateful I took it to these guys! We will be back :)
