I was bumming it upstairs to my wife's and my bedroom. My stairlift stopped working. Melony told Karen she would get it looked at as soon as possible. Only four days later Paul Charles came to fix it. The batteries needed changed. We always enjoy Paul's visits as well as those from all their staff. They are professional, courteous and easy to talk with. Without hesitation I would recommend them to anyone.

Small town service comes with first name familiarity and personal service. From high function wheelchairs, daily supplies and custom fabrication, Motion has done it all for me over the years. From custom ceiling lifts in my home and RV, to custom ROHO seats in my side by side ATV, Motion has come through with every challenge I have asked of them. As a person who works at Motion i have nothing but awesome things to say. As for management no one is perfect but we are given amazing guidance for what we need to do our job with, they are there for us if there are any issues. If we have questions and need answers they are given, NO ONE knows everything, when we mess up we own it, NO ONE is perfect. When 5 o'clock and Friday rolls around and you don't want to go home, you know you found your perfect job. Every company as a whole definitely have issues, we fix them, learn and grow.

They are extremely reliable in so many ways such as, ordering Wheelchair, cushions, Rollator Walkers, parts and assistance with ADP. Paul Charles is very resourceful and knowledgeable with all the products they deal with. BOTH Paul and Michelle is very professional and caring in what our residents needs are by fitting them perfectly in their chairs or replacing parts. Ordering and service is easy, quick and reliable with not killing the pocket book. I also personally needed to use equipment which they loaned me at no cost. I am forever grateful for their kindness to me and to my residents. Totally would recommend then 100%. You will not be disappointed with choosing Motions!

The level of experience and adaptability of the service we receive from Motion is excellent. Custom modifications can be tricky, when your child has to carry several life saving pieces of equipment and supplies. Making it work, requires a lot of back and forth and open communication between the worker and the family to ensure everything fits together seamlessly. We couldn’t be happier with the amazing customers service and custom modifications that Paul has given us. Always willing to brainstorm ideas or help with an tiny adjustment.

Choosing a first chair is never an easy decision or an easy process, and Michelle along with the rest of the team was patient, thorough and a dream to work with! They were with me every step of way to ensure the chair I picked would fit me and my needs, they were always available to answer questions, brainstorm ideas and were more than happy to learn if there were things they didnt know. My sister who has multiple sclerosis (MS) has recently moved to Extendicare, Timmins. MS has affected Shirley over the years starting with pain, stiffness and limited activity, to walking with a walker, and now losing her mobility, and using a wheelchair. Recently, we purchased a wheelchair from Motions in Timmins through Rick. This light weight, tilt wheelchair has allowed Shirley to move easily and now she enjoys looking out over the courtyard at nature each day, and moves around easily. Rick at Motions set up her wheelchair as soon as he could, and we are very happy with the service and the product. Thank you for making her life a little easier.

Just received my new wheelchair and I couldn't be more pleased and excited ☺, words cannot explain how overdue this was! Power tilt/recline/elevated legs/15" lift and activate reach will definitely improve my pain and quality of life...a huge weight has (literally) been lifted from me and I couldn't be more happy and thankful for everything that has been done for me to make this happen. Patrick has gone above and beyond to help me have a better quality of life. Here's hoping for less time in bed wallowing and more time being up and about! We have been dealing with Paul for over 20 years for equipment for our disabled son. We’ve purchased 5 wheelchairs, 1 outdoor lift, 2 suction machines, a ceiling lift, 2 wheelchair floor locking systems for our vehicles and we have monthly incontinence supplies delivered. My son’s comfort is of the utmost importance to me. When I call with an issue, either Paul or Rick are quick to drop in to figure out what the problem is and fix it. Top notch service and would highly recommend Motion to any person who requires their services.

Just moved to Timmins & had Deven & Joel come to put in a second-hand stair lift. Since the stairs are steep & extremely narrow, I wasn't able to have my stair lift (that I brought from the other place) cut and installed here. They were very patient, and told me my options, as to what they could do for me. I decided on buying a second-hand stair lift from them & they were able to come back, that morning with it & install it very quickly. They made sure I was comfortable using the stair lift before they left. Both of them were polite & patient. Yes, I definitely would recommend them.
