I've had several issues with repair work done in the past. They also have issues with their service desk and parts desk arguing back and forth in front of customers on more than one occasion. Each time I look to see if Mike is there to let him know, but usually the office is vacant.

Needed an issue with my SkiDoo looked at. Despite being super busy, Jeremy in Service was super accomodating and squeezed it in. Tech was great. Figured out the issue quickly and despite not having parts to fix it got us back on the snow to finish our trip. The tech and Jeremy clearly communicated my options throughout and were very Professional. Much appreciated! While we were waiting numerous employees, including the owner, stopped to make sure we were taken care of. Great atmosphere.

These ppl are very honest. I was on a snowmobile tour, my machine broke down, bought another machine from mickeys, had trouble next day with it, they picked me up along the trail, were very kind, ended up refunding me. They've earned my trust

I wish i could give more star honestly... I don't even know where to start, i bought a sea-doo gtx 2020 we had to travel 3 hours to go pick it up, it was not ready at the time we were scheduled to pick it up, we waited in the parking lot for 2hours and half for them to tell me i had no plate on my trailer, no ownership, no stickers to put on my sea-doo. As of this day it's been 2 weeks and I still have nothing.... The only good thing in that experience is the sale person who took care of me. He did what he could with what he had. Would i go back to buy something, no.

Sales is terrible......never once gave me a price, no details on the product I was very motivated to buy. Took over 5 days to get an answer on finacing and after all that they never contacted me to say if finacing was approved or not. I finally just gave up and pre ordered from a more professional dealership! What a disappointment.

While on a wonderful motorcycle tour of the north, we were an hour north of "The Watershed" on #144 Sunday afternoon, we blew a rear sidewall on our Goldwing. Contacted Dan's Towing who promptly sent a flatbed down to carefully load 'er up. We asked them to take us (wife and I) to a Honda motorcycle dealer in town. Rob and Ken were concerned that if the gate was closed where we'd leave the bike. Fortunately Phil was still on site late in the afternoon at Mikey's, and kept the gate open for us. Phil contacted the service manager (remember this is late on a Sunday) and asked what could be done and how quickly could they possibly get the re-install performed. I was informed that as long as they had a tire in stock, I could expect the bike by noon Monday. Phil then opened the store, checked the stock of tires, and found they had an OEM in stock. I was directed to put the Wing inside a secure bay. Phil drove my wife and I to a hotel in town, and ensured we were settled and offered to pick us up when bike was completed. The bike was ready at 11 am, and we were happily on our way to continue our tour of the impressive scenery of the north. Thanks again, especially to Phil for his exemplary service, also to Jenna of service keeping us updated, and Rob and Ken of Dan's Towing (you took great care loading). The Roadrunner from Oshawa

A friend and I came from the states to make an 8 day sled tour in February. My buddy rolled his sled off a snowbank and had no windshield (it was headed towards -30c for several days). The team at Mikey's went above and beyond to get his windshield repaired and back on the sled so we could continue on our ride. They did this "while we waited". Awesome customer service. I would highly recommend these guys.

I wasn't really looking to get a bike, but when I saw this Honda Fury for sale, I knew I had to have it. I immediately contacted Phil. Thankfully, the bike was still available and I got it! This was my birthday gift to me and I seriously could not wait for delivery. Unfortunately, Timmins had a lot of snow and I would have to wait????. Phil was so patient with me, even after e-mailing, texting and calling him numerous times. I don't have a lot of patience and I think he understood that. I recently sold my Polaris Switchback Assault 800 on consignment at Mikey's. From the very first message to the day the sled left the property, Phil and Morgan were beyond helpful! Phil clearly explained how consignment works and did all the leg work to advertise this so it can sell quick! From the time someone showed interest to the time it was sold, Morgan kept me informed. They were both easy to communicate with and answered many questions. I highly recommend dealing with them! Thank you, I really appreciate all your help!

Yeah 1 star .... Bought the boat 3 months ago ...people were telling not to buy from them because of poor customer service ...I like to try myself instead of listening to people (big mistake) so here is what happened: I bought a pro angler xl 3 months ago and I'm 3 hours away from the store ... I had ok customer service whent buying the boat..but once they have your money ...they don't care.....I called multiple times because they did not provide me with my stickers and my safety lights I also have discolored seats... I called Evan Colameco multiple times and was always transfering to the sales manager...but the sales manager was always sending me back to Evan... One day, (2 months ago) they told me that everything was sent by mail .... It's funny how I got a card from Evan thank me that I bought the boat but I never received anything else .... never again will I enter this store BIG NO NO!
