Contacted sales about a used snowmobile they advertised. They confirmed the unit was in good condition and that they would hold it for us before dragging a double snowmobile trailer 8 hours with the intention of purchasing. We arrived and they first told us the sled was not on the premises and had been loaned to the local ski resort- then they found it out back so out we went with the salesman and had a look. The sled was in rough shape with worn/cut track, excessive rust and extremely dirty. Salesman tried starting the sled but battery was dead. They brought it into the shop and got it started, warmed it up and tried backing it out but it wouldn't shift into reverse. Fool me once shame on you- you won't get a second chance.

HANDS DOWN GO TO ANOTHER DEALER/ONLINE FOR PARTS. I bought a 2021 Polaris for 30k, I had to get a new tire for it as I popped one of my current one's, I was told my tire would be able to be picked up in 3 weeks that was ok with me. 3 weeks go by I go to dealer on day they said, drove 2.5 hours and was told my tire would not be in for a week its on back order. I was very upset asked to speak to owner, he was on phone so I said I would wait, during this time I bought new helmet and looked around for about 30min owner was not off phone , and I was not going to stay any longer. I waited 2 more weeks and my wife called they still could not give me tire I had already payed for more then a month and 2 weeks ago. So I end up ordering one online it will be here in 2 weeks. IT HAS BEEN 1 month and 3 weeks almost now still have not got tire in. I will never buy something from them again.

Top notch service, this whole team top to bottom, My sled was brought in last season with a track tear and I was put at ease and the answer came back that it was fully covered under warranty.Thanks to the service department to get me going A couple days later!! On a separate occasion I misplaced a bolt for my belt deflection on my secondary clutch, it was a Friday and I was getting ready to leave on a sled trip. Thanks to Rob for stripping a adjustment bolt off the demo unit to make sure I was up and running! These are the reasons you can count on me returning for years to come.

This is from 2 + years ago, I just never got around to writing a review: I brought a motorcycle that I was looking at buying to be safetied at J & B. I got charged 300 $ to replace a battery and clean spark plugs (without being asked ahead of time) and told the bike was good to go. Bought the bike, I then find out the bike has a 1000 $ worth of issues with the electrical system (hence why the battery failed) and a year of frustration later I sold thing for nothing. I will do everthing I can to make sure J & B does not make another penny from me. They are crooks. Response to Owner: It would have been much more helpful to be notified that the electrical system was faulty, when I had the bike inspected and safetied rather than just replacing the battery and the bike leaving me stranded on the road.
