Unfortunately, I had to give at least one star to post a comment. Poor customer service from staff! Trish was extremely rude to my 6 year old and her comments towards younger children were not unnoticed by all the parents present. There was no need to tell my child that "an excuse me would be nice". She's 6 years old. You're the adult, have patience. Also, we paid money for a common room we couldn't use because it was being facilitated by another group. And, yes, I get it; hockey tournaments can get loud, come tell us to be quiet, don't call the cops. It's because of Trish that I will never stay here again. Finally, Trish stated to us parents that "it's hotel policy that kids be in bed at 10pm across the board". IS THIS TRUE? The other hotel was dated, but at least staff was phenomenal.

Great mini isolated getaway. Traveled to purchase a vehicle from a local dealership. Price was affordable, made upsizing our room quick and easy.

Front desk staff was friendly and provided quick service. Always smiling and ready to greet their customers. Ladies serving breakfasts were so nice and friendly and served us with a big smile. Loved my stay there.

The parking lot is too small and you have to use neighboring lot. As there are no cameras to watch your car, and it's "downtown", make sure it is locked and secure at all times!
