What a great experience we have with them! They did a truck oil change and hook up the computer to do a magic on our truck. And they gave us a great discount on the bill. All we have to pay was $2095! Just $2095 for basically an oil change. What a great way of riping off truckers!

1 cam shaft was changed and 1 s cam and the trailer was there inside since Friday morning and they did not reply to us until until a week later and we had a very hot load in it. At first he told us he had all the parts and then after Denied it. We even sent him parts ourself and they still didn’t do it. And then they charged us $8500. Do not go to his shop at all it is not worth it.

This place is an absolute rip off, had nothing but excuses for their lack of knowledge and turned a basic air leak (valve) repair into a 32 long nightmare leaving our driver on the side of the highway for a day and a half after which they then billed us $2300 for. Do not use this repair shop you will be sorry.

DO NOT GO HERE. Their faulty work left me on the side of the road for 2 days & 3 nights. Tried to charge $184 per hour for the apprentice. Used $200 in parts and charged over $400. Made me sit around for 10 hours to do a 2 hour job and tried to charge me 8 hours. Even ripped off a transport truck driver while I was there waiting to be fixed. The trucker left very mad. Had to call another mechanic to come and fix the work the unsupervised apprentice did that resulted in the break down. Refused to come clean on the repairs or assist in paying the other mechanic to fix their screwups. The owner will pretend to be your best friend but completely leave you screwed on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere after taking all your money, instead of fixing his shops mistakes. Call another shop. This one isn't worth the risk.

Let me start with this: It's nice to have someone who not only works on Subarus, but is a car enthusiast and own a few of his own. I went in for an oil change and to have my tire repaired on my Crosstrek. He said that Amsoil was what he had (pricey, but it's absolutely top quality) so I agreed. After doing a lot of research, I confirmed that it wasn't some black magic or my imagination, but that this Amsoil (Along with a new OEM Subaru oil filter) has noticeably improved the way it runs and and idles. This is by far the greatest you get what you pay for example I've ever experience. A vehicle is a major purchase, so I definitely don't want to cheap out on fluids. Hourly labour costs are comparable to other local garages, however, they itemize their time and don't charge in 1 hour blocks for a 25 minute job (I'm not throwing other shops under the bus, but it's not an uncommon practice, even with other industries). Not only did they fix my tire issue and change my oil at a fair cost, but they also gave my a car wash a good rinse and got all of the built up sand out of my rims and wheel wells. Needless to say, I'll be going to Dan's place for most of my inspection and maintenance intervals in the future. Top notch service, professionalism, and fair pricing.

Great service. Goes above and beyond. I've never seen a mechanic work so much... does a good job. Is reasonably priced (especially for being available 24/7) and is willing to do what needs to be done, inside or outside. Would definitely recommend if your in a fix.. call.

DON'T DON'T DON'T!!! I got a nail at Esso parking, which is cross the street of this shop. I repaired the puncture myself, but the tire detached from the rim, I had needed an air booster, I asked does guys to pump the tire, which detached from the rim, I waited 3 hours, they kicked me out of the office in frosty weather, they ripped off $ 250 from me, they damaged the bearing cover on this wheel. they showed me aggression, swearing and rudeness . Stay away from these rippers!!!

One of our drivers was stuck at a truck stop across the road in the morning at -20 due to a low battery. Driver asked the shop if they can help with a boost and the reply was 700$. We get that the prices can be high in Northern Ontario. But 700$ for the boost just across the road? Very unreasonable!

We went to this company with a flat tire on a super b trailer....a simple repair....this company told us the tire was not repairable.. then sold us a used tire with almost no tread....wanted 195.00 for the used tire....made a deal at 120.00 for the tire...after installation....gave us a bill for &401.95 . We got as far as the truck stop....and what a surprise. The tire he sold us and charged us for had a hole in it. So I took it to Rollys...a professional shop in Cochrane. Thanks to Rollys we are finally on the road. Oh....I almost forgot....he refused to take our credit card. Wanted cash....of course we all carry 500 dollars spare cash around right!!! Just fair warning to all.....read reviews before you stop in.

If you want to be completely ripped off then Dan is the man to go to. Absolute mockery of a mechanic if you can call him that better known in Cochrane as a theif. I'm shocked at how someone can make a bill of nearly $10k for a seal change on an axle. Goes to show in a pandemic its everyone for themselves. We get engines removed and replaced for lower then $10k but somehow Dan has managed to rack up all that with just a seal change. Not to mention the blatent rudeness from him assuming I don't understand English because of my colour swearing at me like I'm an idiot who doesn't understand. Avoid Avoid Avoid
