I bought my son his first car from this dealer the spring of 2016 (2004 Acura). These cars are sold through Winn Automotive. When purchased, it had a a squeal coming from the steering and Winn Automotive said they would fix it at no cost as part of the purchase price. Our appointment to have it fixed was then cancelled by them and when we finally got them to look at it, they said they would order the part to repair it but we never heard from them again. Also, after a few months of driving this car we found out it goes through a lot of oil (this was not disclosed to us when we bought it).

Best price in town for short-term rentals. I have rented a number of cars this month for trips to Vancouver and there is a tonne of 2020 models (written 2020) with amazing mileage for 53$ per day w/ unlimited kms. Easily 700+kms/40L if you get one. I can't speak to their insurance coverage as I had my own rental insurance through ICBC.

I was in Kelowna for a last minute travel a month ago and upon arrival, I found that all of airport car rental places were sold out. I called Driving Force who are located 10 minutes away. I arrived and I was greeted with lots of smiles and the staff were very hospitable and professional. The vehicle (Honda Civic) was mint clean inside and out. Upon a through walk through, I was sent my way and the experience upon returning was the same if not better. Granted, we all want conveniences but this place is just a short jaunt away from the airport. I highly recommend

We purchased a 2008 Dodge Durango from M & H Auto and have had nothing but problems with it, were lied to when we purchased it, and have had an exceptionally horrible experience dealing with them. When dealing with Perry, he ensured us the vehicle was going to the shop and any concerns we raised would be addressed. The back up sensor was broken, the wheels not aligned, check engine light on, every single console warning light was coming on, and a nearly dead battery. When we got the vehicle it was nearly empty on gas (they couldn't be bothered to even gas it up for us), and when we gassed it up and took it through the car wash we were very surprised to find out that there was a MAJOR leak in the sunroof and water was FLOODING in. Within a week we had to take the car to the shop twice, and still have a vehicle that has a MAJOR leak in the sunroof. Horrible experience!

Rented a car for 2 days in Kelowna. Everything went really well and the car we had was great! When we returned the car we were going to the airport and they called a taxi for us however the taxi was taking a while and we were going to miss our flight so the manager / owner offered to drive us himself which was amazing service and so nice of him! When we we’re about to leave the taxi turned up so we took the taxi and made it in time but we were just so impressed with the amazing service we had received!! It’s not something you get at the big chain car rental places so would definitely recommend this place!

They are significantly cheaper than traditional vehicle rental outfits, and they offer a 10% discount on top of that for pre-paying online so I think Driving Force is a disruptive force in the market. The only advantage that more established outfits have is with brand awareness and greater selection of vehicles (Kelowna's Driving Force only has 1 vehicle in the compact car category right now, which is annoying because it would be even cheaper to drive that). I recommend them over any of the other options. Try it and maybe they'll buy more vehicles! ????

Great experience. We rented a Uhaul from here with a plan to move to the US. However, my family and I were turned back at the border. The staff showed us nothing but empathy and concern and worked hard to get us a refund. I highly recommend M & H Auto and will use them in the future.
