I was viewing some vehicles online for purchase. This bubble kept popping up asking if I would like to talk to sales - I had some questions about credit so I clicked it. I was connected to a woman named Kelly Poole. She told me that they had all kinds of financing - so I should fill out the application (which she sent to me) and she would see what she could do for a lease for me - I informed her that I was in no way looking for a lease. She signed off the chat abruptly. Next day I get an email before 9 am from her - “Our credit dept has said a very firm no - you have had past credit issues.” I had told her that the night before - which she ignored. She just needed to run my credit app to see if she could get a lease for me - even though I had told her that I did not want a lease. She was super slimy and was just looking after herself - had no regard for me and my situation, and what I was asking her for. Fast forward to early afternoon - I have some other woman from their sub-prime credit dept calling me about getting me financing. I was floored that this Kelly Poole would pass around my info. The woman told me that she wouldn’t be able to do anything for me because of my job. I said I hadn’t asked her for anything - that she shouldn’t have my info. I emailed Kelly Poole back and said I didn’t appreciate her sending my info all over. I asked her to stop passing my stuff around, and that I was rescinding my permission for her to do anymore with my info. I then get an email from ANOTHER O’Reagans person - he was sorry Kelly Poole was so dishonest and misleading - and that they were deleting my file. I emailed him back to tell him how greasy Kelly Poole was originally - and their chat system sends a transcript of your conversation - he could review the dishonesty I was fed by Kelly Poole. I got an email back saying he’s on vacation. So - avoid this woman - she twists things to suit her purpose. Terrible experience, and now have 2 approvals from other dealerships!
