William at O’Regans Green Light Used Car Centre in Halifax, has been a really big help to my friends over the past few months. He first started working his magic by helping out my best friend finding her dream car after fender bender she had. She loves it! Next stop he helped my boyfriend get into his first vehicle. He is now driving around in style. With me being beside my friends while they were looking for there new vehicles, my first car (Chevy Cruze) was coming up on its last leg. I messaged Will letting him know it was now my turn to for something new! I sent him some idea of what I was looking for & to keep an eye for me. Few days later, they got in a car I was very interested in driving. Will have me a call, I made my way over after work & give the SUV test drive. When I got back I realized I didn’t love it as much as I thought I would. Will made a promise to me that he would make sure that I won’t be leaving this Lot with a car I didn’t love. So when I let him know I didn’t love the car. He said he had something that he thinks I would like. And that happened to be the Nissan Kicks SV. When I tell you I took this baby for a spin, I fell in love! With the help of Stephen with making sure I stayed within my monthly budget, by the end of the week I was driving away in my new 2020 Nissan Kicks SV. I was definitely a very happy camper! Recently purchased a 2012 Kia Rondo from O'Regan's Green Light Used Care Centre in Halifax. My sales person was Robert Drohan. Rob was very easy to deal with, not pushy or aggressive at all. Gave me an excellent price on the vehicle which was in great condition. I noticed some scratches on the car after I purchased it. Rob got me in right away to have the scratches removed. Followed up with me a month later to make sure the vehicle was running okay. I would highly recommend Robert Drohan if you are in the market for a used vehicle.

When I first walked in there was great service. Once they looked at my vehicle and told me the price their attitude changed from good now o completely unprofessional. I drove 3.5 hours to get here and because I didn't have my ownership with me they refused to pull a lost for $13.20 and told me to come back another day also told me that they would mail a cheque to me. I understand not having the title of the vehicle was my doing but I would have liked to know everything that I needed before wasting my time. The Sales manager first hand shake seemed like a nice guy but after I told him that I didn't have the title his face manners and professionalism went out the window. I contacted the original person that I made the appointment with through the phone which she was a complete delight to deal with the whole time. She understood my situation and set me up with another dealership. I wouldn't reccoment this specific dealer to any one I know trying to get rid of their vehicle. As for the sales "professionals" that work here customer service goes a long way put a smile on your faces and respect that people deserve

The best car purchase experience I've experienced I had just moved to Halifax and wanted to get a used vehicle. After visiting every dealership in both Halifax and Dartmouth, the crowd at O'Regan's Green Light quickly stood out as a cut above. Best used car dealership in town! I recommend Todd Gracie because he is kind, honest, has your best interest at heart and does not pressure you. He was able to answer all the questions I had, and is humble enough to find out the answers if he wasn't sure. He showed me data to support the information, and he also added so many extras for me, like a free oil change and 1 year road side assistance. He negotiated a great price and he even offered to look into additional stereo installs for me during the negotiation. I feel 100% confident with his services, and he is always available for me even after the sale if I need anything. I recently purchased a used vehicle from Rob Drohan at this location. Rob was personable, precise, and to the point. The sales team worked with me to make the price I wanted stick. It was a quick an easy transaction. I had a issue with my car two days after driving off the lot. The rear brake caliper stuck, probably from the car sitting on the lot during the bulk of COVID. Rob and his team immediately got me in a loaner car and had their Napa Oregans shop place my car in priority queue. The car was repaired, and the other brakes were checked to ensure I wouldn't have more problems, and I was sent on my way. While frustrating for the customer, and having a financial impact on the dealers bottom line these types of scenarios provide an opportunity to showcase the dealership teams customer services skills and abilities. Rob and the team at Oregans Green Light certainly exceeded my expectations and turned the total loss of my previous vehicle in to a positive shopping experience.

I hate buying second-hand vehicles because you just never know what's hiding where you can't see it. I was attracted to this dealer because of their somewhat misleading $1000 for a clunker sign. I wanted a newer second hand car with good gas mileage - they really didn't have much in my range. HOWEVER, Tyler Noye, the sales guy, was exceptional. Upon reflection I opted not to buy the first car he showed me - I gave him my reasons and my priorities because he showed active and authentic interest (which is a whole lot more than I got from most of the other second-hand car dealers I've dealt with in HRM over the past couple of weeks). Tyler searched their stock - across the province - to find the cars of my preference in my price range, and offered to bring whatever I wanted to see/test drive, to Halifax. Compare that to the guy who said "I don't know - check our website" (guess who's NOT going to get my business/referral!) And so Tyler got my business because he not only found me a car that was on my list but because he maintained contact without putting pressure on me. As for the deal itself - as good as I feel about Tyler, I feel somehow distrustful of O'Regans with their smoke and mirrors approach to structuring the deal - I prefer things to be straightforward. If you want an extra $189 from me, attach it to the selling price - don't tell me it is an 'admin fee'. That's bull. Yet, I believe overall it is a good deal - with a 6 month power train warranty, etc. Would I refer anybody there? Yes, so long as Tyler is there. I think as he gets more and more of a handle on the job he's going places - watch him.

This was my second vehicle that I purchased from O'Regan's Greenlight. I purchased a Hyundai Elantra there around two years ago, and when it came time that I decided I needed something bigger I reached out to Rob Drohan again. Rob got back to me the same day with some ideas already ready for me to test and try out. He's good at what he does and always takes the extra steps to ensure you close the deal satisfied. If I were ever in the market again, I would likely still go with Rob as he makes a rather unpleasant process really simple and straight forward.

A month ago I walked into O'Regan's Green Light Certified Cars to ask a few questions, and I was lucky enough that Rob Drohan was the person who greeted me. He was incredibly knowledgeable and wanted to work with me and not just sell me a car. I felt no pressure from him, and walked out with a fabulous Toyota Corolla which I absolutely love. I seem to have met the wrong member of staff going by other peoples' reviews. I called in to see if I could replace my recently totalled car and explained it would be a nailed on sale if they could get one. The guy took the specs and passed it back. He then suggested I test drove a different car which I was willing to do. I emailed him next day to say when I would be free... No reply. On the day I had suggested I emailed to say I would not attend absent any confirmation. No reply.

I was looking for a 2 - 3 year old SUV. Rob sourced a few for a test drive and knew plenty about each. He patiently let me consider a few options and when I made my decision he moved the purchase process along smoothly. He also contacted me after I took the vehicle home to learn how liked the Subaru Forrester. I experienced the staff at O'Regan's as very friendly and efficient. Staff were great. My company purchased a vehicle and I was doing the paperwork. They had everything ready for me when I arrived. When visiting the site make sure you enter the correct driveway as there are two. Parking is limited.
