We rented a Uhaul schedule to be picked up from this location for 10am! My boyfriend and I drove 2hrs to find the business not even opened!! We contact the manager and he stated that we needed to WAIT and his "excuse" to Uhaul customer service rep is he hit an stupid amount of traffic? When we drove W of Hamilton and made it here on time. This establishment doesn't even deserve a ???? in my eyes. Poor customer service!

I had seen great ratings but the service wasn't great. I had took an Uber to reach there and after all the paperwork they gave me a car which stunk of cigarettes and probably some pot. They said it was only a little but of smoke but I couldn't sit in it for more than a minute. When asked they said take this or we don't have anything else even though they had bunch more sitting in the lot. I would never consider going here again.

Amit was very helpful in determining the type of car I needed for my road trip. Although I was very selective on the type of vehicle needed, he had patiently helped me pick out the right vehicle suitable for my family during our roadtrip through Canada. The price was affordable compared to the other rental companies I had been shopping around with especially for the length that I needed to rent for. I rent a 12 passenger van for my family trip in the first week of July'18. I would like to thank Jay's special support - he was scheduled to pick me and my family up in Toronto airport. Unfortunately my flight delayed for almost 24!hours. Jay kept contacting me and managed to arrange the pick up still in the next day early morning. Very good service.

They Provided me a rental as replacement after an accident. Very good service and attention. Convenient pick up/drop off option. I had a max for $1500 and after it was done they took care of me after too.

I rented a car from Real Car Rentals. First of all, the entire process was so easy and simple. I dealt with Avtar, the owner, and he made my family and I feel so comfortable. Any questions we had regarding the car we were renting etc., he answered them. I even asked him a question when I was driving to my destination, and he responded to my inquiry. The car we rented was super clean. It drove so well. We drove just now in winter, and the tires were not run down, amazing drive! Overall, I will be renting all my cars from here. Never again, unauthorized debits on my credit card afterwards and still no refund more than 60 days after lodging complaints regarding illicit debits on my credit card. Stay away if you want to avoid a serious headache with your credit card.
