I am a local photographer and our bridal party waited almost an hour for the limo to come pick up! It never arrived. No one has answered phone calls or responded to emails.(even after being confirmed!) Very unprofessional. Pushing the entire day for other vendors needing to be on a tight schedule, as well as those waiting to start the ceremony. This needs rectified immediately.

I booked my flight with them, the driver was parked 15 minutes prior. On return the driver was parked outside although it took me 30 min on exiting. Black SUV although the rate I payed was for a sedan so I enjoyed my luxury drive. Then me and my friends also booked our maple leaf games to Toronto with a stretch limo. Driver Daniel was awesome!!! Highly recommend them! My go to every time I travel!

This company made me two hours late to my own wedding. They had the audacity to say that it was my fault when their limo broke down. On top of that, their driver received a speeding ticket/other charges and made us another hour late and they say nothing can be done about that. How about just slow down? When I called to explain the grievance, the manager/owner (Dev) was rude, showed attitude on the phone and wouldn't even reimburse partially to make it right. Avoid this place at all costs...

Did not show up to pick up the bridal party. Bridal party waited over 45 minutes before being forced to find alternative transportation. 0/5 do not recommend, do not book with then. I had called multiple times with no answer. I had contacted them multiple times prior to the event to confirm and everything was booked well in advance.

I booked a Limo for My husbands 40th Birthday This past Saturday The Limo arrived on time and the driver was very friendly. My husband said the Limo ride was Awesome and very clean and very happy with it. Then I needed an emergency SUV for the boys on the way back on the Sunday I called that day and they helped me make this happen even in the worst ice storm that day. Missed a flight because they were over an hour late. If I hadn't called when they didn't show up I don't think would've ever came. If you need to be somewhere on time I don't reccomend.

Such poor service. When we agreed to a vehicle for my wife and two kids to take it was an SUV (Escalade, Suburban) were the two choices "or comparable" is what they stated. The drive to the venue was great, SUV picked us up promptly, we had plenty of room for our belongings and legroom. Coming back however was another story. We were picked up in a Lexus car at 1am. Now I know what you are thinking, "a Lexus car, that is nice" and I would agree, however we had centrepieces, gifts, cake and food which we had to literally discard half of. I called Guelph Limo and shared my disappointment and he basically told me to go to hell, citing "I am not going to do anything for you for $125". Which was the cost for one way. We also had two parties from our ceremony take limo's that evening with Guelph Limo. Word of advice, if you decide to trust GL, they will be super nice to you when booking but they are were certainly not nice in the end, get it in writing or email on whats agreed.
