J’ai pris une photo de l’auto en sortant du garage et on voit bien le pare-brise brisé . Après discussion ils ont payé le pare-brise et moi la pose mais le budget de M. D’André était de 1400$ et le pare-brise lui a coûté un peu plus de 1200$ il aurait du me rembourser la pose avec une lettre d’excuse

(Translated) I bought a C400 the month of January 2019 from Mercedes-Granby a car that passed their inspection to have the Cerite Star Warranty that I took so I was happy with the purchase, unfortunately after 2000 km I changed the AirChoc's, also after not even two months of the purchase I noticed that there are vibrations after certain speed when I inspected the vehicle I was informed that the two rims ahead are bent and damaged that I have repair, 3rd thing after 3000 km that I drove with the car I had the lights for a B services that cost me $ 734 (I do not understand how a big dealership like Mercedes sells a vehicle that is already due for a service), the fourth and last thing on the day of the purchase of the vehicle I decided to buy new tires from their home to have peace of mind but after 1400 km at the time of the car inspection in New Brunswick I was informed there is a defect in one of the tires must be replaced. I confirm that there is no after-sales service I tried to call and I explained to refund or replace the faulty tire but without result. (Original) J’ai acheté une C400 le mois de Janvier 2019 de Mercedes-Granby une voiture qui as passé leurs inspection pour avoir la Garantie cérite étoile que j'ai pris donc j’étais content de l'achat, malheureusement après 2000 km j’ai changé les AirChoc's, aussi après même pas deux mois de l’achat j’ai remarqué que ya des vibrations après certain vitesse quand j’ai inspecté le véhicule on m’a informer que les deux jantes en avant sont pliée et endommagé que je dois réparer, 3 e chose après 3000 km que j’ai roulé avec la voiture j’ai eu les lights pour un services B qui m’a coûté 734$ (je ne comprends pas comment un grand concessionnaire comme Mercedes vends un véhicule qui est déjà dû pour un service), la 4 e et la dernière des choses le jours de l’achat du véhicule j’ai décidé d’acheter des pneus neuf de chez eux pour avoir la tranquillité d’esprit mais après 1400 km lors de l’inspection de voiture au Nouveau-Brunswick on m’a informé qu’il ya un défaut dans 1 des pneus qui dois être remplacer. Je confirme que ya pas de service après-vente j’ai tenté d’appeler et j’ai expliqué pour me rembourser ou me remplacer le pneu défectueux mais sans résultat.
