Working all the way north in James Bay, I needed to upgrade my vehicle. After speaking with a few dealerships I decided to go with Pascal and Patricia at Granby Chrysler. I just got the sense that I was dealing with someone honest (which was greatly appreciated). I also dealt with Sebastien for the financing who was a great help as well. Since I was working so far away, everything had to be done through phone calls and texts. I really appreciated the great teamwork involved. Everyone did their best (even if English wasn't their first language). All my questions were answered and no pressure was made on me. As I said, they were straight-forward and honest.
