An hour later, I called back and was told that I would not be sent a taxi because I had not answered a call from them a few minutes before. There might be a policy to it but I wasn't mentioned and the man talking to me was very rude as I was only trying to figure it out ... I don't trust them anymore . Une heure plus tard, je rappelle et on me dit qu'on ne m'enverra pas de taxi parce que je n'ai pas répondu à un appel de leur part quelques minutes auparavant. Il y a peut-être une politique par rapport à cela, mais on ne me l'a pas mentionnée et l'homme qui me parlait a été très impoli alors que j'essayais seulement de comprendre... Je ne leur fais plus confiance.
