I recommend that nobody do any business with Stones RV in New Glasgow or Sydney. We bought a 2019 Bullet 22 foot travel trailer in March of this year. We had a multitude of problems since the beginning. Fourteen to be exact. One trip to Halifax is all we could get out of it when the water heater didn’t work that was the straw that broke the camels back. We wanted to up grade to a better model . It was a 2018. Ours was a 2019. The price on both was the same. Jonathon Stone the owner said if we paid $5,000.00 we could be upgraded. That was completely unsatisfactory to us. My lawyer is now involved.

My popup had a major failure while traveling. I called Chuck at the service department who made a spot for me and fixed my problem for a very reasonable price. The knowledge and dedication of Chuck alone makes this a go to place for any RV work. He even finished his shift and came out to help us hook up.. what more can you ask for! Definately recommend this place!

We were on a trip thru Nova Scotia. We had a slide cable problem on our motorhome. Stone’s RV was very helpful in fitting us into their schedule. Tim in service got us in right away and back on the road in less than 2 hours. And if that wasn’t enough….there was no “put the screws to the out of town folks” when it came to price. Their cost was actually a little cheaper than what I had paid at home last year for the similar fix!! Thank you Stone’s for saving the day and our trip!!
