I was able to get an inspect on the spot. However, I was given a wrong size part. Had it fixed a week later though. If I may leave an opinion on one policy, I think a re stocking fee of 25% is high. I want to return one thing I purchased, but will get stuck paying this fee.

Gords sport center is always a great place to go for all your power sports needs. Knowledgable and friendly staff. I went in for a crank shaft seal and got a some knowledge from the owner and got a great deal on a new Ski-Doo jacket. Thanks Guys. The place to go if you are from out of town. Very helpful for finding tires for my bike and they hold tires in stock for sport bikes unlike most places on the east coast. After service was better than anywhere else when my tire had a munufacturing defect, they replaced no hassle at all.

Normally, I get amazing service from Gords. Today, however, I called about a price for a bike part and the service guy on the phone was less then useless. Instead of actually getting me a price, he said (and I quote) "uuuuhhhhhh I don't know. 200 bucks I guess". Sorry Gord, he cost you this one. I found the same part for $7 at another bike shop!
