Dispatch actually hung up in my ear repeatedly while trying to order a cab. The previous one drive right by our place and left. When trying to order another one dispatch was extremely rude. I will never use this cab company again.

I called this cab and they seriously waste my time... nobody came and eventually i have to call other cab. When i called the operator twice he said the driver is coming in mins. They wasted my 40 mins. Disgusting service. Learn to say no if u have no cab available.

Had special transport need 4AM on Monday morning. Checked with dispatch night before and got assurances that service would be available and instructions on how to respond in AM. 4AM next morning, called and got service within 10 minutes. Friendly driver who understood my pickup and dropoff needs. Great, polite service. Best recommendation!

Very poor customer service. Was originally told car would be just a couple of minutes. Waited over 40 minutes for a pick up. Had to call back after 20 minutes. Only bright spot is driver was understanding of my situation and was very apologetic.

Had a driver nose in, nearly trading paint with me, and cut me off going into a drive though that I had pulled into at least a minute before they did, then hammer on the horn like I was in the wrong. Jerk move for a random motorist, unbelievable in a company car.

Called Dynasty cabs.The driver showed up & he appeared to be dazed, maybe having a nip or two or possibly tired. The Dynasty cab wreaked with tobacco smoke.Actually he had one lit with windows up when he stopped to pick me up.Had to tell him to put it out.It was absolutely nauseating. I will never ever use Dynasty cabs again.Actually it is against the law to smoke in a cab in NS.

since last one week I am traveling with dynasty taxi from home to work place and work place to home. I used around 6-7 times and every time they charged different amount. When I asked why fare is different if location is same, they started behaving rude with me and cut my call. I always pay by debit so I had recorded payment that clearly shows that they charged different amounts for same location.

I could barely breathe in this cab for the smell of smoke. Looked like cigarettes had been put out on the back of the seat in front of me at some point - backseat felt dirty. Never again. Very poor quality. Thankful it was a short trip.

Worst service I've ever gotten, usually, I love calling Dynasty for my transportation, but this time I was rejected service amd kicked out of the cab because I had to pay at my destination due to my money being where I was going, will not be calling again until that problem is fixed.

Every sensor light in the van was on....check engine, airbag, tires, oil, washer, wiper.....name it. The van rode like a stage coach, nearly went off the road twice, and the driver had no idea where he was going and had trouble communicating. We did not feel safe, nor was this acceptable.

Taxi smelled heavily of cigarettes and McDonald's and then the debit machine broke.so we had to go to a bank to get the cash,Taxi driver told me it cost $9 to go from Walmart to the Dorchester bus station and gave me $10 back.when asked about the dollar he owes me he said it was for the detour to go to CIBC.Charged me for thier broken machine and charged more then a regular cab which is usually $8.When I told the dispatcher I was told that it not thier fault the debit machine is broken and so its fair to charge for extra stop.Highway robbery.Im switching taxi services.

Used there service a few times a couple weeks ago and had absolutely no issue. The dispatcher was definitely one of the best I have ever seen in a taxi company. Was super quick and was very reasonable in prices. Will be my go to taxi service.

These guys are great always polite and ready to help with any questions about Sydney ... Used them the first night we dropped off the rental truck ???? when we moved here and have used Dynasty each time since ..i use them all the time and no matter time or where i am they send a cab right away ...better service than the cabs from the city where we moved from....
