Just bout a used 2018 for a great price. People were helpful and very kind. Worked with me to get some issues I had fixed. Lots of complimentary drinks and they even gave me a iacket. Would consider buying another car from them.

Can never get through to anyone in parts or service always leaving messages never getting calls back, go in person and theyre too busy for anyone who isnt waiving 3000$ around.. leave name number email address with parts guy tryna find simple parts and never hear back from him Save your frustration and make the drive upto midway motors, far better dealership

Had some extended warranty work done and a mvi, saved me a ton of money and while my jeep was being fixed they gave me a nice dodge ram as a loaner for a week while waiting for the parts and repairs. Will go here if I plan on buying a new vehicle in the future.

We are repeat customers here. We like the product and the service we receive. The staff is friendly and add it's always nice when a business knows you by name. There are got and cold beverages for you while you wait, a small waiting room with tv, or grab a shuttle to another location while they work on your vehicle.

Had my Jeep in Jan 16 for a few issues I needed fixed wanted to speak to the service manager to make sure they were all corrected. He was so nice to deal with and very accommodating making sure I had a loaner vehicle to drive . He called me soon as it was done and upon arrival even had the Jeep washed . I never had this service at my local ford store before or my wife at the chev dealer usually long wait times at the other dealers and not as easy to deal with . We will both be buying are next vehicle at colbourne Chrysler with excellent service like that. Thanks for your terrific service Chad !

bought new caravan in 2017 went to trade in and was told it was worth 12000 the van is in excellent condition with 50000 on it i guess a caravan decreases two thirds in value in 2 years. i took the loss but at a G.M. DEALER. will not buy new dodge again

Called them about a recalled part for my 08 jeep compass on Monday.. got it towed to them on Tuesday they fixed the part that was recalled and fixed another recalled part aswell that I didn't know about they also looked over other parts for me aswell now it's Wednesday and it's sitting in my yard..I could not believe how fast it was done and they have the best staff I have ever delt with..they stayed 20 minutes late for me to pick up my jeep.. keep up the good work Chrysler

IF THERE WAS A MINUS ... THEY WOULD RATE A -10 !!! we had a transmission rebuild that did not last a week, because they apparently failed to attach the kick motor which caused us extra cost plus camping fees plus car rental fee and they REFUSE to MAN up and pay for the extra cost .. the other dealer stated quite plainly that they failed to attach the kick motor and the harness was damaged !! how do they think the motor fell off ??? squirrels ?? seriously -- they have passed the buck for the past 3 months .... the phone calls and fax that we have sent have been replied with ' well get back to you '' ,,,, were working on it ...' SERIOUSLY ... MAN UP AND PAY UP --- YOU DID NOT DO THE JOB YOU WERE PAID FOR,,,, SO PAY WHAT IT COST US TO FIX .. plus our extra costs !!!

This service department left every bolt loose on the front end of my vehicle after replacement of control arm bushings and front end alignment. Even the mechanic that looked at it afterward refused to take it for a road test for safety reasons. Apparently this company has an incompetent service department and cares nothing for public safety. If you own a dodge/chrystler/jeep, I suggest finding another service provider. (and i only gave it one star because it was required to post).

I originally posted this review on YELP, so I figured I'd do a lil copy/paste job: ----- I went in to this place by mistake (was originally looking for a Mazda SUV) The staff was super helpful & completely honest with me upfront. Admittedly, I do not know a lot about vehicles, but they were very accommodating-- heck, I even talked about it on my facebook page afterwards! I ended up snagging a Chrysler 200 for a very good price, it was a 2015 and wasn't ever owned, only used a demo. It's working great! The staff even follows up with you after to make sure the vehicles running great (granted I missed a few calls because I cannot have my phone at work). I highly recommend this place even if you don't normally drive Chrysler vehicles. As a first time customer, I was 110% satisfied with the management here. It was that awesome. :)

The salesman Chauncey was excellent. The service was great. I was promised a jacket in mid November. It is now late April, and it still has not materialized despite a number of texts and two unanswered emails to the dealership. This has put a damper on an otherwise wonderful experience.

Excellent service , I went in there on Monday with a issue no garage was able to find after spending numerous $$$ at other repair spots. The fixed operations manager Chad Burke came to the rescue and got my Jeep in and gave me a service loaner to go home with . He called in the afternoon and issue was fixed , I should have went there first . On the go forward I would not go anywhere else but to Colbourne Chrysler , if I could give it 10 stars I would . The only thing he asked me to do was to spread the word on the great service I received . Keep up the great work Chad , This island needs more helpful staff like you ????

Ruth and I had a great experience meeting with their friendly staff (Bobby MacLean, Jodi Jackson and Len Currie). We found our Jeep Wrangler in their inventory on or about a Wednesday. We asked them to hold it for us until Saturday and they did. I was kind of surprised since we had been looking for one for a while and we wanted a particular color. We were greeted with smiles and their friendly staff. A great Cape Breton welcome!! Cheers from New Glasgow. We love the Jeep!!!
