We would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude to Todd Bickerton, Sale Representative with Sotheby's International. In early March 2017, we contacted Todd to inquire about cottages in the 1,000 Islands. We specified our criteria, budget and timeline and shotly thereafter, Todd provided us with active listings and kept us well informed about the market. After several weeks of corresponding via email, we made the trip up from Burlington, to see 4 different properties. Todd took great care in chosing the cottages and discussed at length the pros and cons of each Lake and community. He clearly saved the best property for last, as he knew it met all of our criteria. Without hestiation, we put in a conditional offer and could not have done this without Todd! Not only did he arrange all our of Contractors and Inspectors, but he went to each appointment on our behalf and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process via calls and texts. Once the Conditions were met and the deal was firm, we were 'over-the-moon', not only with the gorgeous cottage that we were able to purchase, but also with Todd's help and expertise. We were so impressed with Todd's knowledge of the different areas, his professionalism, constant communication, great sense of humour and customer service excellence. We would not hesitate to recommend Todd, to our friends and family for their Real Estate needs. We are truly grateful and look forward to many great years ahead in the 1,000 Islands - thanks to Todd!!!!
