Hats off to the team at this dealership. I haven't purchased a vehicle from them, but my parents (late 70s) did. They spoke highly of their experience with the salesperson, Michael de Moss. My interaction with the staff came on Saturday, when my parent's old car broke down on Hwy 15, just days before they were to get their new (used) car. I called the dealership and asked if we could tow the car straight there (yes) and then asked if they could loan my parents a vehicle until theirs was ready (yes!). By the time we arrived about 30 minutes later, everything was ready to go. I felt that the staff, especially Micheal, took very good care of my parents and made the experience very worry-free for them.

Took my Sonata there after I noticed I had a flat on the way to work, they took me in, checked out the tire, discovered that there wasn't a hole in the tire and filled me up with air, all in under 30 minutes and I was a walk in. Albert the service tech was also amazing. I have also bought countless parts from this dealer and they always are very good about getting me the weird and odd parts I ask for for my 13 year old sonata!

I have just leased my second Elantra because I love everything about the car, great on gas, great on the Hwy and has everything I need. My daughter has also just purchased an Elantra as well for the same reasons. I have dealt with Chris Milner all 3 times as well as our son who purchased a used truck from him, and in my opinion, I would rate Chris as the #1 salesperson I have ever dealt with. Very no-pressure sales guy, very nice and reasonable, was honest about pricing and what we could get in comparison to other dealerships. Their pricing wasn't better than other dealerships so we didn't end up getting a vehicle here, but their customer service was very nice.
From the reviews I've read, I don't seem to be the only one that thinks so highly of our Kingston Hyundai dealership. From the outside, it's in a great location. The new renovations and large lot give it a clean, contemporary, welcoming feel. On the inside, you are greeted by a very inviting lounge area and friendly staff. I've only had my 2022 Tucson Ultimate Hybrid for one week now but the entire purchase experience has been excellent! The whole team was a pleasure to deal with but I'd like to make particular mention of Grahame White from the sales department, who I was lucky enough to have look after me. I'm the kind of guy that probably asks more questions and does more research than the average bear and he was right there every step of the way. From several initial test drives trying to decide between the Santa Fe and the Tucson, to investigating the the seemingly endless choice of trim options and specs, Grahame was always professional and got back to me promptly with any questions I had. I eventually ended up ordering the Tucson from the factory in Korea in order to get the Hybrid in the trim and colour combination I wanted and Grahame kept me informed as to it's arrival date at the dealership. It actually came in early but I was selling my old vehicle privately and Grahame and the dealership kindly afforded me extra time before I took possession of the Tucson. Upon arrival, the vehicle was exactly as ordered and was immaculate inside and out. I appreciated the fact the gas tank was full and the first maintenance check was complimentary. These little things mean a lot and usually give a pretty good indication of what's to come. Some of the accessories I have ordered (floor mats, etc) are on back order due to Covid, but again Grahame has kept me in the loop, which I very much appreciate. On purchase day, the operation was seamless, thanks to Grahame and Chris in finance. Grahame has already provided two tutorials (over three hours) on the vehicle's technology etc, taking all the time necessary to make sure I had all my questions answered and was comfortable in the vehicle. Moving forward, I'll be bringing my vehicle in for servicing to a dealership that has, at least to this point, exceeded my expectations. Thanks once again to Grahame and the entire team at Kingston Hyundai.

Had an 8:00 AM appointment and dropped the keys off at 7:50 AM. No feedback provided by Service Advisor and when I checked with him at 9:30 AM he advised that it would be 5 to 10 minutes. At 10:05 I sought an update.This was not an enjoyable experience with the service department that is less than forthcoming with info for the customer.

Service department had no desire to see to inspecting why my rear license plate bracket had failed in a 2017 Tuscon. I suspect cheap engineering, waiting until the weekend when I'll have time to pull the interior trim apart to see how it was put together. (Fun) No worries guys, it's not as if we use our cars to put food on the table! In the meanwhile it will remain a perfectly acceptable practice to laugh at customers. We'll just figure out how to make maintenance issues convenient for you.

Purchasing a car here - especially with salesman Mike Sinclair, is definitely a pleasure - we've bought 2 vehicles thru him - no high pressure tactics and he's very informative and accommodating. Even scheduling service appointments with Kingston Hyundai is fine. However, dealing with the females that handle the payments of automotive service appointments are totally a different story - ranging from no customer service to poor or even rude customer service. Very frustrating when you are forced to deal with individuals that are clearly is in the wrong profession.
After the shifter in my Kia began acting up, not allowing me to put my car into park, I called Kingston Kia to inquire about getting it looked at. They told me that they were unable to get me in for two weeks, despite being unable to remove my keys from the ignition. That being said, I was referred by a family member to Kingston Hyundai. I called to set up an appointment and they told me to bring my car in right away. I left it with them expecting it to take a few days to figure out, but they called me back the same day and told me they had fixed the problem! They were very friendly, fast, and efficient and had great customer service skills! I will, without a doubt, be taking my car back here in the future for maintenance and any repairs!

Do not bring your Ioniq EV here for servicing! I got burned on my 24km servicing by paying $265 when every other Ontario dealer was charging between $80-180. I just called about about my 48km serving and Kingston Hyundai wants $500! Brockville is $170 and Myers Ottawa is free (yes, free!). I encourage Ioniq Electric owners to shop around because Kingston Hyundai is in a different universe of what is considered acceptable to service an EV,. Given they have no idea what an EV requires for servicing (check brakes, hoses, fluids and maybe rotate tires) I would be equally hesitant to buy an EV from them since they obviously know very little about them.
Had good experience here getting my first car. Chris Milner was very accommodating with my hectic schedule and I'd absolutely recommend anyone needing a car to meet with him. Basically bent over backward to get me into a vehicle that fit my specifications. Really solid guy selling really reliable vehicles. 12/10

Kingston Hyundai is amazing! Chris Milner was our sales associate, he was the first to greet my partner and I on the lot. He was so knowledgeable and helpful, that day we test drove three vehicles; a 2018 Santa Fe, and two different models of the 2018 Tucson’s. He walked us though each vehicle and was very knowledgeable about all the features and explained them in great detail. We let him know we were just starting out with our search and had a few other places to try before making a decision. Chris wasn’t pushy, he was very understanding. A few days past then on Labour Day Weekend we knew we wanted the 2018 Tucson 2.0 AWD Luxury vehicle. I texted Chris on the holiday Monday (they were closed/he was off) and to my surprise he promptly replied in excitement letting us know they would hold it for us. Yesterday (Sept. 10/2018) I picked up my new vehicle. I was greeted by everyone who I crossed paths with; the receptionist, a few other sales associates, etc. I even received a quick tour of the maintenance garage and met some other wonderful employees. The experience was truly amazing, I felt so welcomed. After signing all the paperwork Chris pulled my car around to the front with my old plates on it, he took the time to go over everything again and asked if I had any questions. Great place to get an oil change. When they forget to tighten a drain plug and it falls out while driving leaking oil everywhere and causing the engine to be wrecked, they will blame it on faulty parts. It might get put through warranty if you drive a certain model of vehicle so that’s good for the dealership, but not good for Hyundai Auto Canada. How does the guy who did the oil change still have a job there?
We've had two vehicles from KH, and we're happy owners for sure. Long after the warranty expires they're where we go for service. Absolutely, five stars.

I received exceptionally good service from Barbara when my Hyundai Ioniq had an emergency breakdown in Kingston. My wife and I were travelling to Kingston from Toronto during Canada Day and my car shut down and wouldn't turn on. Barbara was very nice and provided us with many updates as they were troubleshooting the issue. The service department even helped stay overtime to try and diagnose the issue. Unfortunately they could not figure out the problem before closing. Barbara helped us with a loaner vehicle so we can return home safely. Thank you very much for your exceptional service and helping us during this stressful time.

I walked in and asked for a test drive, the sales person who was assigned to me did not even bother to come with in and show me how to use all the features of the car. He didn't even make much effort in assisting me. I am buying a Palisade Ultimate Calligraphy which is a luxury car and the service was not even matched up.

TL;DR: avoid buying here. I bought a Elantra Preferred here in April’21 - within a week the passenger side window was squeaking as if something was loose inside the door panel, I booked a service appointment, they didn’t fix it. I did the same thing twice again, no fix. Then I called the salesman to lodge a complaint, bought it again for service, again no fix. Then I took the service manager for a ride in the car - they kept the car for 2 days, and then said it was 80% fixed and the “they did the best they could”. It has been only 6 months of car ownership, I took the car to service 5 times for the same issue, without any compensation. There is still a irritating squeaking noise when I go over bumps. The issue is still not fixed. Pathetic service experience, no discounts or offers. Avoid buying here - take your business elsewhere.

Previously always bought Honda vehicles but they had nothing in our price range this time round. Hyundai had just the vehicle that suited our needs (Hyundai Elantra Tourer - sadly discontinued model). Little nervous but after couple years it's working well and the service at the garage is efficient, friendly and courteous. As of now would certainly be happy to buy from them again.
Would not purchase again from Kingston Hyundai. The service seemed professional until I noticed that the seller wrote up our purchase agreement with $700 in extra fees that were NOT explained as optional items with added cost to us. I questioned the extra fees before driving the car off the lot and stated that I did not want any extra services that would increase the base cost of the vehicle, but was told that it was too late to do away with them; instead the seller offered a free meal as if that would make up for the $700 extra I was being roped into spending. We were in a pinch to replace a vehicle and they took full advantage. Originally, the seller presented the additional items as perks that were included to close the deal/gestures of good service, however, we paid for every bit of it in extra fees. We overpaid in the end.
