Amanda was wonderful and fast. I came in for a car photo inspection for my insurance. She even replaced my registration sticker for me and she noticed I needed new rear brakes, bad. Which I knew ????. I definitely recommend this place!

Gwizz Auto was not only very professional but also extremely understanding and flexible with their services. My car broke down on Fort Drum base and their PX location was convenient and helpful. Due to the initial uncertainty of how long our car repair would take, Gwizz Auto was understanding and able to easily extend our rental. The vehicle was clean and in perfect working condition. The price was also reasonable. I definitely recommend their services to anyone commuting on base.

Very poor customer service to the point of actually insulting the customer. Rental vehicle had a headlight out, no windshield washer fluid and low tire pressure.

Cheap rates, super friendly and professional and super flexible. Our car was in the shop and they kept chwnging when the car was going to be done and it was handled quick and with flexibility. I have rented a car there and submitted a bad review at first, but when I went to the main Gwizz off-post to get my car inspected, I explained the incident that happened back in 2017 to Shawn and he got back to me within 3 days, and he explained all the charges on my bill.

So I hit a pot hole on the freeway and my front right tire blew out and paid out of pocket to get a new tire + a extra tire was given to the car in the trunk. That came to about $80. When I returned the car Joel claimed the fender being damaged and my insurance was willing to cover that but, he also is trying to set another claim on chips on the hood. Smh he is also holding my $150 deposit. I do NOT recommend this place especially from Joel because he just uses us military personnel! I am still waiting on my $150 deposit!!!
