Don't go here . I took my car there to get repaired under insurance . They didn't do the work they charged for the were supposed to replace major structural components and instead just BANGED then out with a hammer and when there was interference with other parts they just cut them off with an angle grinder. I noticed mainly when my headlights wouldn't aim straight. This put my whole family at risk by making my car not structurally fit and worst part is they still got paid the full amount even tho they didn't do any of the work . I have 2 very choice words for them : F_ _ _ YOU!

Ted, the excellent service you provided following a recent accident that damaged my car is greatly appreciated. Your friendly and professional take-charge manner was a welcome relief and quite the opposite of what I expected. Your first words were: “we’ll take care of it for you” and you were true to your word. Any tension that may have been present prior to arriving at your shop with my damaged vehicle vanished immediately. In addition, the flawless repair to my front bumper was so well done that, at first glance, I thought you had painted the entire car. It was an absolute pleasure meeting you, Ted. Not only did you do a fantastic repair job but you also managed to remove any lingering fears I may have had about having to deal with possible similar situations in the future. Your genuine kindness and friendly demeanor changed a tense situation around for me, not only on that first day, but throughout the entire repair process as you kept me informed every step of the way by e-mail and/or phone messaging. I do not plan to have any more accidents but – just in case – I am grateful you are in my area. My experiences with CNS Gan Chev Collision Centre have been extremely positive! In the last few years I have had to go see them several times for both minor (e.g. a wild turkey flew into my hood) and major (e.g. a run in with a deer) repairs. Although it is always stressful to have to deal with car repairs, the CSN Gan Chev team made it as painless as possible. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and always happy to answer questions. They kept me up to date with what was happening with my car and made sure that it looked great when they finished. People often ask me if my car is new, even though it has been in multiple accidents and has driven over 85,000km. While I hope to not have to go to CNS Gan Chev again anytime soon, if something does happen with my car, I can’t imagine going anywhere else!
