Praise the Lord for Hertz!!!!! I originally rented a car with Enterprise and show up for them to tell me they couldn't rent to me because my license was out of state. I called them before 3 times to verify this would be ok they said bring utilitiy bills for residence proof... did that and got told I was misinformed. Thankfully Hertz was right down the road. Got there 1 hour before close Marquis got everything handled and got me in a car ASAP so easy and he was super nice. So grateful to him! Thank you you saved the day :-) I will be using Hertz for all my rentals from now on. Enterprise is a joke

I absolutely love Hertz!!! However, I did not like their change on the unlimited miles and having to purchase their insurance for unlimited. Now it's back to normal so I don't have to go to Enterprise thank goodness.

I get a call 9 months later saying i have a charge of 162.08 and they want me to pay it because it was extra insurance that state farm does not pay for. I was told this happens all the time for them to charge 9 months later. I asked for corporates phone number and they tell me i can not have it! They said that it was coporate that sent it out. Why wait 9 months when it could have been taken care of already! There was no notes or any activity for this charge on the claim from insurance about this balance either. Where is this customer service? Not allowed to talk to coporate because of all this time past? Seriously!?!

We had such a wonderful experience! We had made reservations with another rental place to find out they rented it to someone. Then made another reservation against my better judgement to receive a call on the way to pick it up that we can't have it till 1pm which my reservation was for 730. So we pulled in at your location in Fort Smith on 28th St and was taken care of automatically. It was such a wonderful experience and we will never rent from anyone again. Hertz is our go to from today on. Thank you!

It was a HORRIBLE experience dealing with these employees at this company. A (one) cigarette had been smoked in the vehicle and I took it to the carwash Myself before returning it (on full tank of course) the employee did a thorough inspection and noticed an ash by the door.. Which he wanted to charge me $250.00 for a "detail" I replied I could run it over to the detail shop and get it professionally cleaned for $50.00 (the sign said $100.00 for smoking in a car) I finally negotiated to the $100 prewarned fee (down from the $250 he intended to charge me ) I ended up getting less than $30 back from my $200.00 deposit, he smelled no smoke in the car pointed out a measly ash and got away with charging the h.ll out of me after we had negotiated it to the $100 smoking charge. I would hate to throw in the discrimination card but I definitely felt I should have been treated better and will not be utilizing their company further.

This place is terrible. Their scare tactics on the insurance I didn’t take kindly to nor the games on getting the car. Said the only one they had to rent (called day before to reserve an economy car) was a large SUV that cost almost 3 times the price of the economy car. Then suddenly they had one and the conditioner of the cars interior and exterior not good. It’s all I could do to make myself get in it. The seats were horribly dirty. Hail damage in exterior which they used as one of their methods of trying to get you to buy additional insurance. The guy became a bit hateful about it. I was already under much destress from loosing two family members from a drunk driver which they were aware of for I was going to rent prior to going back to KS to Stacy Woodson ( look it up it was all over the news) and his son. Didn’t because they said I was the only one that could drive the car. Due to the circumstances I did not want to rent till the friend that was going to drive me back couldn’t drive it so we took his car and I said I would get back with them when I got back. They put me down for a Monday pick up I didn’t arrange but said I did. On and on. I plan on calling my insurance agent about this. State Farm needs to change who they contract with.

If you could give a 0 star review, I would. They didn't accept the reservation through Expedia said their insurance wasn't good enough. Then wouldn't accept our card...because of credit history?! Go to Enterprise!! They are SO much better!! We were able to get a car same day!

Rented a van at the ft smith airport when I got the bill they charged me for gas and I filled it up before I returned it then they argued with me about it very unprofessional don't use them there running some kind of racket,use one of the other rent a car places at the ft smith airport
