Found management to be quite rude and aggressive

I bought a used Bobcat, and needed to do a 1000 hour service on it. Luckily they were my first call. They educated on what I needed to do, and had all the parts in stock. I've talked to several staff, and they all have been very knowledgeable and professional. I live an hour and a half drive from there store. Happy to do the drive. Will not buy parts or service from any other outlet.
