Without a doubt the worst dealership in town. Sold me a vehicle that was in terrible running condition, needed transmission work, all spark plugs were dead, and major electrical issues. Their mechanics are completely incapable of finding problems and at the end they suggested I pay to use my warranty to bring it to another shop. I've owned the truck for just over a month. Will never go back and neither will any of my friends or family, I suggest you do the same before you get screwed like I did.

I am blown away with the amazing service we received from Queensway Auto. It started from the moment we walked in, we didn’t feel pressured into anything, we were approached by very friendly staff who actually acknowledged us and not looked at us as a pay cheque. We told Mark what we were looking for and what suited our family and he delivered! He didn’t try and force us into something that we didn’t want or show us anything out of our budget. I was shocked and amazed because that has been our experience at other big name dealerships. Michael, the Finance and Sales Manager went above and beyond for us! He did everything he could to make sure things went as quickly as possible. He was very professional but also made us feel so comfortable. I can’t believe the things he did for us this weekend, we have never been treated this amazing! I will 100% recommend this business to anyone I know looking for a vehicle! We were already telling everyone how awesome our experience was when we were just testing driving our vehicle. We will be back when it’s time to purchase our second vehicle!

Timing belt broke not even 3 months owning the vehicle. I bought warranty yet queensway told me only one shop will be able to fix it with it fully covered. It would have taken up to a month and a half if I went to where they told me. They had me bouncing from mechanic shop to mechanic shop for an hour and didnt take it upon themselves to call there OWN warranty company. Litte did they tell me theres 5 other shops in pg that's under lubricos warranty. Instead of waiting an entire month and a half without a rental vehicle I now have to wait 2 days because I took it upon MYSELF to dig deeper because a month and a half is absolutely ridiculous.friendly staff yet very shady establishment that doesnt seem to care about customer satisfaction
