DO NOT BOOK HERE. Wish I could give -5 as well, or better yet an illegitimate business flag. I wonder why Kayak still has this business listed in their platform since they are just a scam shop. Between them and West Coast Car Rental they are just set up to scam you. I prepaid for a car and then another company emailed me to say the car isn't available and to go and cancel with Priceless, who of course say I prepaid a non-refundable rate so they won't refund my money.
I had the worst car rental experience with Priceless, Vancouver. At car pick-up I am told that my car was delayed and that they couldn't give me anything instead because they were so busy. They suggested I wait but were not willing to tell me how long. So I insisted they call and find out when "my car" would arrive. The agent at the counter puts in the call and tells me three hours delay. Incredibly, he was willing to let me wait without any idea on how long it was going to take. I suggested they give me a car from their downtown location but was refused. Again, incredible that they would rather a customer wait three hours. Frustrated, I asked them to call me when the car arrived later in the afternoon and proceeded to my hotel but received no call. Finally, after 5 hours I call them and they tell me they don't have a car for me until next day. I was driving off early am so I asked for refund and they inform me I should speak to Kayak because they don't "charge" the card (which was a lie). When I informed them next day about the credit card charge, the agent "escalated" it and promised he'd call me back. It took an entire week and hours of time spent calling Priceless before the refund happened. At no point was there any acknowledgement that they had left a customer in the lurch. In fact, I was told that it wasn't their fault that the previous customer was delayed which I am convinced was a lie, since they never called me back. The whole experience left such a bad taste. Every interaction was filled with lies and obfuscation. The franchisee (west coast rental), Priceless car rental - they were unprofessional, they lied, they were disrespectful. Please book a car with them at your own peril.

Do not rent from this location. Showed up a half hour late and they said the car was gone and then tried to charge me 2x the price. No other cars were available so we were screwed. This place scams people so avoid at all costs.
I was picked up at Bridgeport and rented a car for a week and it was fantastic from beginning to end. The check in and check out processes were flawless, and the car and rate were exceptional. This trip was personal however I travel frequently for work and Priceless will the go to company in the future. The airport rental area is typically a shambles, but this has nothing to do with Priceless.

Very unsatisfactory, they were being over smart, rude and lying to our face. We booked from Expedia, went to this place and made sure that we are getting the car we booked and guy told yes its showing you have booked this car. We paid and they took $1500 authorization. Here is twist, right after we paid, he told us that they don’t have car available which we requested and they will give us similar car which is okay. But the car we wanted was $125 and the car we were getting was $79. We asked to do a price adjustment because we could get that car for $79 right away then why we would pay $125 for it. He was being over smart when he made us pay first before telling that they don’t have any competitive car except the car priced $79 and asked us to cancel the booking as well as introduced that its gonna charge 35% on cancellation. This could have handled well but they were so rude and uncooperative. Finally we took cheaper car for almost double price which did not affected us much but this is called business in bad faith.

The worse, car rental ever. made me pay 1500 as a deposit and they wouldn't return the money, even wpre they wont give me an answer of when and why. It has been 4 months and I still don't know if I'm ever going to see that money. 0 stars
Worst experience ever. They will charge you 1000$ deposit. Their cars are all bang up. Good luck getting you 1000$ back. On top of that, you need to clean the car yourself when you bring it back.

Extremely poor service!!! We chose them only because of a low rate as an "airport" location. Turns out the office was several kilometers away and our promised pick-up did not materialize . Our reservation was not honored because our flight was late and Priceless policy is to give your car away if more than 30 minutes late. Then came the switch. Already late for our next connection, we were gouged for a hugely more expensive full-size SUV as " the only vehicle available immediately ' Very callous attitude towards customer satisfaction. We will never make this mistake again
Horrible experience. We booked a car and locked a price through an online reservation and when we got there they told us that it would be for more than double of the locked price. When we said that we wanted to cancel, then they started offering discounts and bargaining.

There is a lack of professionalism amongst the staff at this location. One of the front desk staff was not wearing a mask. When my dad asked a question regarding the difference between basic and the upgraded insurance, he was met with laughter. How about instead of laughing, you take the time to actually explain what the difference is between the 2 types of insurance. The exterior of the vehicle we rented was full of scratches and dents and the inside of the vehicle was not cleaned very well. We will definitely not be renting at this place again.

Good experience from pick-up to return. Our quote was honoured and we were given the exact car we reserved when in the past I never have received the exact the vehicle I reserved.
Priceless made the entire renting procedure a breeze. The pick-up procedure was simple and speedy. Dropping off was just as easy. Priceless comes highly recommended, and I will surely use them again the next time I need a vehicle hire.

I've had nothing except positive experiences with Priceless. When I arrived for my last trip the car I had given was a lower category for which I had paid. We returned to the lot to see if we could switch it out, but couldn't find anything we liked more than what we had, so he changed our cost to match what we were driving... Which was extremely relaxing.

Reserved car via Expedia. Waited in line at Priceless for over an hour only to find they do not have a vehicle for me and therefore, can not honor the reservation. Unable to cancel with them despite not vehicle and unable to cancel with Expedia. Not impressed! This appears to be a fraudulent transactions. :(
It was a significantly higher price than first quoted. Pretty much a scam. Winter tires are not included and they want $30 a day. Be ware.

DO NOT RENT THERE. The place is more than half an hour away from the airport and if you show up more than 30 mins late they cancel your reservation. They don't care at all about you. Staff is careless. On top of that, we had to take the sky line and walk from the Bridgeport station to their office because they would answer their phone to come and pick us up. No wonder why we arrived late...

Priceless provided me a wonderful experience. The vehicle we hired made my vacation to Vancouver even better. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, it was spotless and ready to go. I'll be returning to Vancouver next month and have already reserved a vehicle in the same class. Priceless has done a fantastic job!

The worst car rental location I have ever been to. First off, it is not at the airport. I took an Uber to get there. Short ride though. Secondly, when I wanted to reduce the duration of my rental, they said it was not possible and wanted to charge me for the longer term. Also they wanted to charge 750 dollars upfront for damage deposit. I reserved through Expedia for a shorter rental period, and the staff laughed and said it might take 6 hours for them to receive the new reservation. I realized that the staff weren't eager to help. Finally, I took an Uber back to the airport and rented a car from Enterprise. They Enterprise staff treated me respectfully and professionally. I recommend pay just a tiny bit more and rent from a more professional location.
Unfortunately it is impossible to put zero stars, because this is what they deserve! The service was terrible, extremely slow (one hour to do complete registration when you already have a reservation). They lost my reservation and the one of the customer in front of me! They didn't have the reserved car for many customers. They don't answer the phone when we call! Believe me, don't try them even if they do have nice price...
Overall, I am pleased with Priceless vehicle rental, and I want to stay with them for another 5-6 months. Overall, excellent service at a fair price. Pros and cons: The rental procedure is quite convenient and smooth, however you may not receive exactly what you want during busy vacation seasons. Perhaps give them a call ahead of time to inquire about vehicle rental alternatives.
I couldn't be more dissatisfied. I wanted to rent a BMW X5 at $ 855 for 4 days, I paid in advance, several weeks before my trip. SURPRISE, over $ 1000 was taken from my credit card. I understand that the currency was in US Dollars, which was not mentioned anywhere on the website. I cannot speak to anyone to assert my rights, I am not answered on the phone, nor to my emails. I finally talk to a lady at Priceless in the United States who tells me that she will call me back, I have never had a return call. Arrived in British Columbia, there was no BMW X5, I was offered another luxury vehicle requiring a deposit of $ 15,000, impossible for me to leave such a deposit. In addition, I am forced to take insurance at $ 80 per day. However, it was written on my confirmation that I had fully paid my bill. I had a ferry to take 2 hours later, I was stuck, no possibility of changing companies with huge fees to cancel everything. As I did not have the deposit of $ 15,000, I am offered a completely scratched Kia Sorento WITHOUT GIVING ME ANY DISCOUNT. I advise against this company. Above all, don't do business with them. I paid for a BMW X5 at $ 1500 cad and got a Kia Sorento, I'm really disappointed.
Would recommend not booking at this place as when we arrived ON TIME, the price was 2x the amount stated when registered. Random additional fees that could not be explained properly when asked. My friends stated there was poor communication with the staff. We waited forever to get in (it’s understandable the limit capacity due to covid but a little check in or a warning of the time to wait would suffice). If you want to be left stranded in Vancouver and pay a ridiculous amount of money then this is definitely the go to location!

You want your trip ruined, rent at this place. Paid upfront and they gave my car away. They said I was late more than 30 mins ( was late 34 min to be exact due to flight delays) and that my car was given to someone else as per "policy". The car had already been paid for 2 months. Better pay the extra couple dollars and rent with a reputable business. EDIT: I have added a star given I reached out to them as per their comment below. They acknowledge they were in the wrong (also I don't see anywhere in my contract saying that 30 minutes excuse). They offered and did send me $100 for the troubles caused. Obviously it did not compensate for all the troubles (had a $30 cancellation fee in august and car rentals had doubled) but it at least shows that they are trying to improve which is a start.
Helped us with dropping off a car in a different location after several calls during the floods. Still charged us half the towing fee in these difficult times.

I chose Priceless because of a good price on a travel site, it was also listed as “in terminal” location which was important to me as I don’t want to wait or work to get to another place after long travel. Well… looking for all the rental cars I notice there’s no priceless sign in the group so I call the location listed on google maps. They say they aren’t in airport and send a car to pick you up…. After feeling like I was duped by location swap, I also noticed on the reservation that the miles we could use were limited, as in they charge if you go over a fairly small amount of miles… haven’t seen that since the late 90s early 00s rental cars. Thankfully the corporate number refunded my reservation.

Booked rental month in advance and PAID in advance received confirmation as well, day of rental came was told that they dont have any cars available was forced to take a last minute airport rental with a jacked up price. Priceless car rental more like useless.

If -5 stars was possible, it would still be too good for this business. Read the fine print because apparently, if you show up more than half an hour later than your declared pick up time, your car is gone. Same thing happened to the next customer after us. Counter people could not care one bit. You also have to take the sky train to get there at a cost of $8 per person. Best we could get was a free ride back to the airport to try and figure something out with another company. Overbook themselves yet Expedia shows multiple cars to rent for the same day. SCAM....
Priceless has always been my go-to rental company. The majority of the time, I find that Priceless is cheaper. I've never had any problems booking a car, getting picked up, or getting dropped off. The procedure goes without a hitch. There are none.

Bunch of scam artists. Don't even try to get a vehicle from them. My reservation was cancelled while I was on my flight to Vancouver. I was left to deal with everything else.
I recently rented a car from Priceless car rental in Vancouver through Orbitz. The price was less than the other rental places, so I went with them even though it was non-refundable. When I initially called ahead to get details of the airport pick up process, I had a terrible time understanding the rep over the phone, but eventually I understood. We were picked up promptly and the driver was very friendly. Once we arrived to pick up the rental they said that we had to pay a $750 deposit. I said I've never had to pay that much of a deposit on a car. I heard some people had to pay $1500. But, what could I do since it was non-refundable? They gave me a 2017 Lumina that was a decent car no issues with the vehicle. But with full coverage insurance, why such a high deposit? When I returned the car I let them know that I was returning the car and needed a ride to the airport. I was told to wait outside in the car. I waited for about 20 minutes, then a guy came out and asked if I was returning the vehicle. I said yes and that the guy inside said to wait and someone would take me to the airport. He went inside and basically they couldn't find my paperwork for another 15-20 minutes. Finally it was all done. He drove me to the airport, he was very nice. My issues are, the deposit is way too much, they are not efficient with renting or returning of the vehicles. Other than that it was fine. But, I wouldn't ever rent a car from here again.
Very sketchy place away from the airport. The agent was wearing his mask under his nose. They couldn't find my reservation and when they finally did they were asking for a $1500 deposit even though I was using a major credit card. I rented with two other companies in the past two weeks and the deposit was of $300. Take your business somewhere else and don't get mistaken, their prices are a bit lower but you get what you pay for...
The experience was smooth! Make note that there is a deductible on the offered insurance.
