You will see the feddbacks of real people like you who know the services and products of Fraserway RV - Prince George (Rent Cars) in the territory close to Fort Saint James (Canada).

This Rent Cars corresponds to the category of Trailer dealer.
Information was great but pricey
Super nice and very helpful
Very knowledgeable staff
We bought a motorhome from fraserway rv and we still enjoy it bringing our little family to lake to get away from town and no cell service just relax and having fun
Staff was very nice and the go above and beyond for you! Thanks Fraserway RV
Kindness and respectful service
This will be an unusual review but I give this place 5 stars for my treatment. I brought in a tow car with a loose tow assembly. They took me in right away and had a look at it. After 30 minutes they found it would be too involved for them to do but they booked an appointment with a specialty garage that was able to handle the job AND they didn't even charge me for the time they spent diagnosing the issue. If I ever need anything from Fraserway, I know I will be treated well.
Would give less than one star, if I could. Terrible, terrible service.
Do not deal with Fraserway! I bought a trailer last spring but I’m sure glad I bought from a dealership in Kelowna. I bought the exact same trailer from down south and it saved me $5000 on the total price and all it took was a day of travel and the dealership paid for my fuel. Fraserway was not willing to deal on their price even though I was willing to spend a bit extra to stay local. I recently received a letter about a recall on a possible propane leak from the stove in my trailer. I’ve called Fraserway no less than 10 times, left 5-6 messages detailing what is going on and they refuse to return my calls. On a SAFETY RECALL. This is all without knowing I bought the trailer in Kelowna and not PG. The trailer I purchased as a brand new Jayco and Fraserway claims to be a Jayco service centre. They are not legally allowed to turn away recall work on a Jayco product but here we are. Spend your money on your RV at a dealership that gives a sh*t about the customer.
Bought a brand new trailer from them in 2018. Within a year the LED lightning and support legs started having an issue. Fraser way wouldn't warranty even though they admitted it was a common problem after the fixed the rear support leg , the motor they used broke after using it 3 times. Will never shop from them again. Horrible customer service.
Nice dealership friendly sales and parts staff
Great staff and great place for all your R.V. needs.
Wow what service! Brought me right in for a look. I was in a major jam in the middle of a 7 week Summer adventure when a trailer manufacture's defect (anonymous for now) caused a propane leak. Nearest service for many hours drive around and they still acted like there was competition nearby. Highly recommend!
Very Good Service
Delivery
Good service
Very friendly...very helpful!
$$$$$$$$........lol
Lots of selection. Knowledgable staff really go the extra mile to make their customers happy and comfortable.
Great customer service, thorough knowledge, helped me to get the trailer I wanted, not the one they wanted to sell me.
Excellent help today from both Nicole and Jessy. Our motorhome needed some service and Nicole got us connected and Jessy fixed thing quickly. They were both pleasant and outstanding to deal with!
We bought our Jayco from there 2019. First our fridge quit, then our toilet flooded the trailer when you flushed it, then our kitchen tap started leaking everywhere, then finally the furnace quit. This has been fixed but it took the whole summer and into the fall 2021. Although Fraserway took a long time it is the manufacturer, Jayco, that is building these substandard trailers
Our unit has been in storage and no problems.
Lots to choose from
Good service
Arrived without an appointment to have my water heater fixed Service Mgr Sean along with rv tech Christin found the problem and had me on my way with 45 minutes. Being over 3000 miles from home and to find such good service is greatly appreciated thanks
I highly recommend this RV dealership, we were on a long road trip and had some problems with our RV, they got us in right away without an appointment and after a very short time we were back on the road very much satisfied with the service and friendly staff
Great selection. Awesome customer experience. Great inventory
Awesome service! As an owner of an older tent trailer, I always grit my teeth when it comes to ordering parts, not only because there are many names, makes, and models of tent trailers. It gets confusing and frustrating. Go to Fraserway RV. The staff at the parts counter will find your parts and if possible, they will find you a cheaper alternative. It's a refreshing approach. They know their stuff and are very friendly.
Salesman, parts, service were all excellent! Even through they were short staffed due to COVID everything went super great. Walk through was amazing, John was very knowledgeable And I learned so much about our new Rv
Very unhelpful. Would not fix their own mistakes.
Really nice staff, quick credit app all done in one day.No waiting.
We can get RV parts
Great customer service
Has good variety of new & used Rvs. Has large shop to work on Rvs. Store has good variety of Rv., Accessories.
Peter was awesome. Making jokes with my husband and I and seemed to really pick up on what we liked and didn't like about the various trailers and tailored the options
Good place for all your RV needs. Once done in Frazerway, we have also left our trailer there for a couple hours while we run around and shop in Prince George. Friendly service and willing to order in what they don't have in stock.
If you are just looking or tell them you have no money They just walk away No questions or anything to see what I may be looking for so they could find something in my budget range Show Me The Money!
Traveling and needed service on my 5th wheel. Called ahead with a weeks notice and they were not evening willing to try to schedule service for me. Told me that they were "screwed with service" and it would be weeks before they could look at my trailer.
Scott is great!
Bought our first travel trailer here. The help we got from the salesperson to the financing to the parts and service was all incredible. They made this very easy and fun for us. Definitely a 5 star place. Everyone is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly
Our experience with this dealership began under the previous business name / ownership in 2008. We weren't new to camping but definitely new to the trailer world. We felt the sales team worked very hard to earn our business and get us into a unit that was right for us. Five years later we were ready to move up and again the salesman was generous with getting details on a unit that hadn't even been released yet. We bought a much bigger trailer and expected many, many good years with it. However three short years later our needs changed due to physical limitations and since our history with this dealership was so positive we expected nothing less. Fraserway RV did not disappoint! A new name on the building has not changed the genuine service and the sincere care we received in completing our transaction, even in the midst of some personnel changes. The new financial services manager was fully aware of the details and although we never got to meet her, feel she handled us from beginning to end without any glitches. The team truly worked together in completing our deal and in being extremely thorough with delivery and documentation. Thanks Al, {Corey}, Jeanna and Robin!
Tons of RVs to choose from, really knowledgeable and helpful staff. Great prices. What more could you want?
The service department is amazing. We had a breakdown in the boonies, called Nicole who got John to call us right away and work through the issue. When it was determined that we needed to bring it into the shop, Nicole called us and told us she would make room for us the same day! We got there and within fifteen minutes Chris had us up and running and resuming our holiday. All of them were friendly and empathic. I would give PG branch more stars if available!
The parts people were very good
Great customer service
Great service,friendly staff,
Stellar service - went in with a laundry list of things that needed fixing under warranty - ALL were fixed - next day service.
Easy to get the trailer. Had my awning break in July 2017 took until December 2017 to get it approved. The insurance people told me it was bad paperwork and it got misplaced. 6 months is rediculous. In the meantime I had some warranty work done in August 2017 they fixed me outside door good. My table was crooked. They fixed that but left a mess around the table and on the walls around it. My carpet is hard in areas. Not impressed. I would never buy from them again or recommend them to anyone . I spent a lot of money on this unit to have mediocre service
NO
Nice people. Very small parts store.
Great help finding our new traveling home!
Very professional
We have dealt with this business for years and have made good deals and good friends.
Always have whatever I need to repair my RV. Friendly staff and management ????
My wife and I recently left Langley BC on a 4500 kilometer road trip through BC, Alberta and Saskatchewan with our 2019 Grand Design Imagine. 2nd night in we stopped to visit friends in 100 mile house where we discovered that our fridge had ceased to work. The next morning I started to work the phone. I called every dealer and RV service center between 100 Mile House and Prince George. All of them were too busy winterizing and servicing other RV's and it would be weeks before they could even have a look to determine the problem. 12 calls in I got through to Alexis at Fraserway RV-Prince George. After I explained our situation she asked if I could get there by late afternoon. She said she had a technician that was very familiar with fridges and she could squeeze us in for a diagnosis. Well needless to say we packed up and headed out. We were warmly greeted and I met John the service tech. Who quickly figured out what the problem was and had us underway in 45 minutes. He happened to have the part kicking around in his tool box????????. It was an in line thermal fuse that was not easy to find. ( I had checked all the fuses that I could find on the schematic, never saw that one!) What a great experience, I knew they were busy as everyone else was but they interrupted their busy schedule to deal with us. Thank you so much for the great service and allowing us to carry on with our road trip. Cheers ????????????????????
Very small selection in parts department and alot of confusion between employees. I got 1 thing i came for but others ill have to pick up somewhere else.
Parts staff are very helpful Have a 3 week wait to get work done on my camper however....
A great experience all around. Everyone was freindly and helpful. A big thumbs up for Bal Gill. Wonderful to deal with!
Sadly, unfriendly staff too busy chatting together to see if they could help me
Right products at good prices.
We stopped in with an RV slide that would not open or close. They said that they were booked out a couple of weeks but would have a technician look at the slide to see if there was anything they could quickly do to help us. Paul came out, removed his shoes, and looked at the inside of the slide. He felt that the motor was bad but had another technical come out to confirm his diagnosis. Both felt that was the problem but had no part for the repair. They showed consideration for us and were very kind. I would take my rv back here simply because of their consideration and interest in helping us which I had not received prior and still have not received from anyone else. Great people!
Honest hard working staff, willing to do what it takes for the customer
Fantastic sales man Scott!!! Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Nice people,no stock though
So friendly and answered all our questions. Excellent customer service from the time we entered the doors until we signed the deal. Highly recommend Fraser Way....Thanks Scott and Jeanna.
Update below*** my wife and I are first time RV buyers and the staff were fantastic. Scott did his best to help us find a unit that best suited our needs and wants. With no pressure, and with our 4 yrs old doing/ acting 4 yr old stuff I might add. Once we found our trailer and did some preliminary paperwork we were passed to financing. Bal helped us out, and since it was a mid Saturday afternoon td us to go grab some food and hed call he had heard back, and that hed stay late to help get things all done so we didn't have to come back to PG just to sign papers, as we live in Williams lake. He Called, we want back and finished everything up after hours. I would recommend to anyone , infact we went up with some friends a month or so later who also purchased their first RV from this team. UPDATE: after a few issues this summer of use the trailer we purchased has gone in for repairs of a bent axel with only highway travel, still waiting to hear back. BUT our friends that also purchased from them under my recommendation have had some service issues. They've been turned away from leaving their trailer their until October! It's September 1 now, when asked if they could take it to a Fraser way in Kamloops (which had a faster turn around):they were told they wouldn't warranty the issues. Now they're stuck with it until the end of the season with no heater. And are now regretting their decision of purchasing from them.
Inexperienced parts staff, friendly but not helpful
Huge place! About all I can say is an insurance claim for an awning that had already held the trailer hostage for 2 weeks wasn't going to be delivered for another month! Don't plan a get away until you Can guarantee release of your get away vehicle! Good ol' I.C.B.C. doesn't pride themselves on Quick Coverage!
i called 3 times, and 3 times no one answered the phones except the receptionist. i said no one is answering so she said 6 lines go to each phone of service and parts. she said just leave a message . it is now 3 hours later and no phone call. what a joke
Looking at trailers. Scott gave us great service
I am more than impressed with the PG location and the staff they have there. I dealt with Bal Gill in the finance department. He went way above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. The service department was right on top of things as well. I will definitely be a repeat customer of this location. I can't say enough to describe the phenomenal service here. Thanks guys!!
This place is a joke, they don’t open until 9 and don’t know what services they do or don’t offer. Called and booked in the motor home a month ago to have two small recall notices (or whatever it’s called) taken care of. Dropped it off yesterday morning at the appointment time, finally called them today to check on it, assuming it should be done and I can come get it, only to find out it hasn’t even gone in yet because “there are lots of other people that have been waiting way longer” then said we can basically just leave it there and wait for them to call whenever they get around to it. So we just picked it up and are taking it somewhere else, I’d rather drive almost anywhere than deal with them again.
Pete, Rory, and Bal took great care of us. No pressure, listened to what we were after and had everything ready when we got there to look without having to wander all over.
Nice staff. Good experience over all.
Very nice service and friendly staff.
Great friendly service
Friendly
Pete was great. Showed us what we asked for.
Amazing customer service
Horrible service, if they didn't want to help me, they could have just said so instead of making up lies. Fraserway will NOT help anyone who hasn't purchased a trailer from them. I ended up locking myself out of my trailer at the trailer park across the highway from them, no phone and no vehicle. Since I have worked in the RV industry and knew that they have a master key, I asked if they could come over and open my trailer. I was even going to pay them to do so. Service said they didn't have anyone available but they could put me over to parts to see if they had my key in stock. This is where parts informed me that they were out of stock of MASTER KEYS and only had blank keys... First of all RV stores don't have blank keys because they need to purchase certain key codes from manufacturers. Secondly, it's illegal to sale master keys to customers, these keys are able to unlock anyone's trailers. Only dealerships are allowed to purchase and have these keys. I'm not mad at the fact that they wouldn't help me (honestly I already expected it because they are known in the industry to only help their customers and no one else) but selling master keys to the public is irresponsible and dangerous.
