I bought my chevy cruze lt 2016 car from ford in rainy weather and i was not able to see big scratch on my car due to bad weather..when i told them regarding this..they told me you have to see first while purchasing ..I told them atleast provide me color pen for my car to hidde big scratch..but told no...cost my car is 22k and pen is only 30$..bad experience

Mark Hery was great. He has gone above and beyond for my family and I and we are really thankful. He was able to find my husband the exact vehicle we wanted for the price we were wanting to pay. I also have a new vehicle on order as well, and he was so helpful with that, making sure to show us all the features and keeping us updated about how long it will take. In the meantime he has provided us with a loaner vehicle for times when we need it, because there have been some unexpected delays. Martha in the finance department has been great to deal with as well, she answered all my questions and was really thorough. Greg did the financing for our vehicle on order, and he was awesome to deal with as well. This is a really great group of people.

I get really uncomfortable every time i go inside their service department.i always feels like i did something wrong????.For the last couple of years i have dealt with them numerous times. Every single time they treated me differently. This is strictly my opinion based on the way they treated me. No hardfeelings and FYI i switched all our fleet services to Bannister ford while i used to work for a corporate company even though we had to drive back-and-forth all the time to our location in fsj. If you are a fleet manager who is frustrated at this company my suggestion is to call Bannister ford first. They are awsome. They give priority and there will be proper communication.

Feb 10, 2018 a great experience at Fort Motors. Came in to the dealership “ just looking” well we did find the truck we were very interested in and had no problems finding an eager sales rep Karl was very helpful, cleaned off the truck in question, started it, continued to show and talk about all the great qualities the truck has. We returned to his office, required pricing, with a trade in. Everything went like clock work. Our possible trade in evaluated, the price was accepted from us, we had taken the new truck for a spin, came back and wrote up the deal. Karl very attentive to our needs, making sure we were his priority and this was “ our day “ we were pampered. We are return clients at Fort Motors and like our visits before this visit was like the others, professional and caring, our expectations were met. We are proud owners of a 2017 F350 and we are very happy with the truck and the service we received from Karl, Greg and all the staff at Fort Motors who made our day a great one. LOVE THEM! Everyone is so nice and super helpful. My salesman was great to deal with, he got me EXACTLY what I wanted and even travelled to secure and transport my unit! He answered ALL my questions, even though some we're "silly" I thought, addressed ALL my concerns and helped reassure me on my purchase. The financing side of things was a breeze as well. I've had it in for a couple small warranty repairs and they've been amazing, picked my car up cleaner than I left it (which is always nearly spotless!)

I have recently came back to Fort Motors after a bad experience in 2005 with a sales person who is no longer employed there, I wrote my 2016 F350 off in Dec 2016, while waiting for ICBC to get their ducks in a row I started shopping for a new pickup, Allen Bourbon in sales was an immense help finding me my new F350, the finance department handled everything for me as I was working in the bush. When I got out, the truck, financing was all ready for me. In a matter of a couple hrs I was outa there. Excellent people, excellent service department. Thank you all, good to be back local.

It was really a nice experience both the car and the purchase assistance/services from Fort Motors. Staffs are dedicated and passionate,gave me their voice of experience which was much valuable to me as a new comer to FSJ. Payment method could have been a bit complicate for both the car and the insurance charges and it took me a bit long time and a drive to bank, but I can understand that the online payment here was not as popular as that in my original country. I like dealing with Fort Motors, I have a 2016 f-350 diesel,.I've had a few warranty issues that were taken care of quickly and efficiently. I purchased the service package when I bought it, I've had some issues with the oil change dept. but any issues I've had have been taken care of immediately by the service manager.Unfortunately the sales dept. dropped the ball on a used vehicle for my wife and I ended up purchasing at a different Ford dealership. With that being said I still think overall Fort Motors is a great place to deal with and will go back when I'm ready to purchase another vehicle. Add,02/17/20, Had my truck in for a couple of warranty issues which were taken care of.The booking was within a week and repairs done the day of the appointment I was quite happy with that.One thing I will say is look very carefully at the service package and what you will put on for KM a year before you opt for it.In some cases its not worth the 1200$ a year for a 6.7 diesel.Plus Im sick of having def all over the side of my truck whenever I get a service,they need to get that figured out.

Highly recommend buying from Fort Motors! We bought a brand new expedition last year from another ford business and unfortunately there was a lot of issues wrong with the vehicle. Just that vehicle I will add! No other 2018 expeditions have had these issues. I never thought we’d be able to get out of this vehicle, not this soon at least as we had a lot owing toward it. I called to chat with Alan (general manager), and at first we were a little worried as it didn’t look great! Alan worked his magic! Decided to try and give ford a chance for an oil chance, having never gone here before. Was told they’re not doing anymore today and to come back another day, over an hour before closing, with no vehicles in the lube lane Supposedly a quick lube drive through bay, however it’s anything but, don’t waste your time, just drive to a real oil change or do it yourself.

Very poor service at this dealership. We have had several bad experiences with incomplete and incompetent service on two vehicles. We always hear that the service is better now with different people and management after telling our story but nothing has changed. Recently in the past week my husband had a oil change on the car. 2015 Focus Certain shields were not put back into place correctly causing them to get ripped off in the first snow. Service and management blamed us for causing the damage to our vehicle. We baby our vehicles and this intimidating comment towards us was just a way to cover the incompetency and direct fault of of the persons and the dealership. This repair is costing us $700 as Fort Motors is once again failing to admit fault in incompetent work performed in their shop. Over the years this dealership has done warranty work and I have been told new parts were installed on our car. When the problem persisted and was taken to another Ford dealership in the Yukon it was found that the parts were never replaced. There was another time when warranty work was done to repair the UV axle on the front end. it was worked on incompetently and the front end nearly fell off on a trip to Grande Prairie. The repair was professionally fixed at Hansen Ford in Grande Prairie. We were lucky to have gotten to Grande Prairie without having an accident we were told by the mechanics. Please stay very far away from this dealership. The manager seems to be a real idiot without having the customer in mind and just protecting his incompetent service staff. Your business is disrespected and has a person you are not treated fairly. They do not seem to care about your vehicle as well as they drove ours onto the ramp ripping off the loose shield while doing so. Then they have the nerve to tell my husband that the piece they just ripped off would cost $356 not including the shield they incorrectly replaced which was $205. Shop elsewhere! Capital Motors, Dawson Creek and Hansen Ford, Grande Prairie are wise choices. Stay away from Fort Motors and arrogant intimidating managers and service staff that do not stand up to admitting fault in their own incompetent work. There should be a no Star review for this dealership. The service absolutely sucks all around!

I'm from out of town and arranged to buy a vehicle through a private seller who bought his vehicle from Fort Motors. Bud agreed to help me with the purchase and then he turned around and ended up stealing the deal from underneath me by asking the seller to sell the vehicle back to him instead of me. Then came in on his day off to facilitate final purchase process. The actual deal decider Chad the Sale Manager was respectful and worked hard to complete the deal. We opted for Ford Credit to finance part of the new King Ranch that was done with Greg's help in finance dept. As a dealership located on the Alaskan Highway , they had a very limited selection of oil to choose from for my 2020 diesel truck. Basically telling me my only option was to buy 0W40 synthetic since it was September and it was all they sold during winter months . I asked why they didn’t have 10W30 diesel as an option , they couldn’t answer the question and I insisted on 10W30 diesel oil . So they got me to pull ahead and drained my oil .I then had to wait , along with everyone in line for oil changes for my oil to come from a Napa dealer . Wait time was over an hour and a half for the oil to arrive . Total time in line and waiting was 2 1/2 hours . Brutal !!

Basically did nothing special and charged me incredible high fee for labor part . Had a regular service with a need for updating mySYNC system if that is available. They "CHECKED" and charged me for $70 without any notices ahead. I eventually updated by myself since they said that will be more cost if they update it for me. I actually had the same service "FREE" in Vancouver, but paid $70 before tax in Fort Motors which is an "IMPRESSIVE" experience. Even the labor cost comparing to Vancouver is doubled...I know this is reality living in different cities, so probably it is about time to learn how to change oil for my vehicle in Fort St. John. By the way, they also added an unique item on my bill called shop supplies for about $20, and ended up the bill for around $240 for a regular service and "CHECK" the system update is available online.

Sorry to hear of Brendan Irvine's troubles. It is said when the customer gets left holding the bag. With today's engineering practices this stuff should happen. If it's not an engineering issue and more of a issue with bad components again the customer should not be forced to clean up the mess. Given what he has invested up front and problems he had along the way Ford and /or the dealer should step up. Interesting customer service story, talked with some folks at Apple. They admitted that things sometime are flawed and need to be fixed. Not surprising it's tech after all. What was cool to hear was the number one priority was first to repair the relationship with the customer.

Young guy running the computer seemed very unhappy to be at his job, not very experienced. I had asked to have my wiper blades changed, oil changed, and tire rotation. When I was done with oil change, tire rotation he brought the paperwork over to sign and I had to remind him about wiper blades. While taking the blades off he seemed to have the slightest idea on how to take the drivers side blade off. The young guy doing my tire rotation was told 2-3x that he had to hand start the lugs before tightening them and confirmed with being told that and still used his impact to run lugs onto studs without hand starting them prior to. I would rate this as an average as I usually never have any issues when it comes to service. I believe some of the staff in the quick lube need some more training and knowing who runs the bay as a leader. They all seemed to be arguing about who was doing what and who had to do what.

laundry list of issues. Caught the service tech smoking in my truck when he was bringing it into the shop at about 100k km. They offered a free detailing on the house but why on earth would you be smoking in my truck? Had the extended warranty maintenance package. Turbo goes at 150k km. Get a new one put in under warranty and get the final maintenance check, thumbs up she's good to go. Truck calves at 165k km and the warranty was good to 160k km. Hands are tied and best they can do is $1500 off the cost of the engine we are told. So we put the new one in for $14.5k. We get the engine installed and then they say the engine fan blew up once the new block was fired up in the shop. One would think that the fan would have blown up before when the truck was overheating. Again thats hearsay and I dont have a leg to stand on. One would think before installing the fan there must have been some serious stress cracks? Again hearsay. Couldn't have been because a guy left a wrench on the rad and it dropped in. k so now we are on the hook for a new rad, wiring harness repair and an engine shroud. So add $3400 onto the bill I'm taking the truck from the shop and going to do an estimate up by Cecil lake. Engine light comes on and it's leaking oil. Take it back. Urea high heat warning was on. Super common problem must have just happened as the engine overheated and blew we are told. On the hook for that as well. Wheel alignment was off 90 degrees and we are told just gotta do a wheel alignment wasn't us. Which was probably the tow truck guy cinching up the winch too much. Then take the truck out on Sunday to a job and it won't go passed 50 km/hr uphill coming out of the coolies towing an empty dump trailer. So I'll be taking it in again this week and continue this abortion. Way too many red flags here in my opinion. A guy shouldnt feel depressed and expect to get taken advantage of going back to the dealership. Feels like no one goes to bat for a guy and the fault always lies on my side of the court.

Horrible service, I went in to get a brake line fixed and was told I would be charged by the hour for the job needless to say I had to wait tell 1pm the next day to get it fixed and I asked if they could try and get me in earlier as I had a 13hr drive ahead of me. After they spent an hour and a half fixing it the service advisory charges me 600$! And said it took them 3hrs plus it was a flat fee not hourly. We watched our truck go in at 1pm and left at 230pm so I don't know where the got 3hrs from... Never go back there again complete rip off

Three trucks later and still problems. 2 2013 (3.5 eco boost and a five litre). 3.5 had 6 manifolds changed the 5 litre ad a new top end at 143000 km and now my 2016 3.5 eco nothing but problems. 24 lug nuts swelled (I had to replace) New thermostats, over heating engine so new rad put in and just recently both manifold were warped with broken rear studs. Picked it up today to have a check enigine light and won’t shift out of 2nd gear until it hits 5800 rpm. What next. Put extended warranty on it because of the problems.

Just wanted to take a sec to thank FORT MOTORS for going out of there way to keep Luxx Limousines on the road. The service on the phone and the service when we dropped are limo off with the service writer was TOP NOTCH. We felt that they went great lengths to accommodate us and the limo as some places wont work on limousine. They even went as far as washing the limo for us when they were done the repairs.. I will never go back there again for a service, maintenance, commercial inspection or to buy another vehicle. Was told my maintenance package would end at the end of December 2020 or 201,000 km. Brought it in December 30 and was told my package ended 10 days earlier. You have lost my business over a $300 oil change you wouldn’t honour. Guess I’m a dodge guy now. Would give zero stars but it wouldn’t let me

My experience was great! I was texting back and forth with Jim for over a month. The time finally came to buy, I sent Jim a link to the truck I wanted and he knew my budget on where I wanted to be with payments. The sales team and managers made me feel very comfortable and made it a smooth process on my first new vehicle purchase. Minor hiccups in the financing part of things but we came to an agreement and I was out the door. I’ve heard many complaints about Fort Motors but I’ve come to the conclusion that the majority of those complaints probably came from unreasonable customers. That being said I will be a life long customer.

When I purchased my new F150 the dealership treated me like gold. My truck was ready to drive away, everything that I had asked for was installed and ready to use. Literally the owner, GM, finance manager and the sales person came out to greet me. The sales person delivered a great orientation for me. There were some things that were not explained to me, example the 5 year extended warranty. I was not told that it was optional. I asked if summer tires came with the car and The salesman said he would check. He hadn't club out by the Time I left. I was there when you opened on Monday morning Dec 30 I asked again about the summer tires and up to now Jan2, no response While there I asked him if I could get some kind of deal on a remote start Or a second key. He said he would check with the manager and again up to Now no response. So to say the least I am disappointed with the service I got However he did explain the warranty when I went back Beverley
